I'm 64 yrs old and still recall with the fondest of childhood memories... My Grandma's ticking clock that would relax my little soul. The times my brothers and cousins would spend the night at Grandma Halls. When it was time for bed, I covered up with one of her many hand made afghan blankets. Listening to the sound of her clock ticking... tic... tic.. tic... relaxing.... my little mind 😌 zzzz..... Now as I hear this sleep video, it takes me back in time. I literally let this take me back to my Grandma's house, where I felt this amazing comfort, peace and quiet. Joyfulness. I swear if I let this become a full body experience with earbuds and my door closed, I can smell her house again falling into sleep 😴 The next morning we would wake ⏰ up to the sounds of Grandma stirring in the kitchen as always. I knew that she was preparing something wonderful for all of us 💕 How wonderful if Grandma could do that for me now ... ahhhh... I sure could use some pampering now, Grandma Hall 👵 😘 Cousins and Brothers... Can you imagine Grandma's home made bread recipe made into stacks of buttery awesomeness so high that it looked like the toast could fall over 😲 Our eyes would pop open wide 😳 when we saw all that toast...lol Grandma would make us hot sweet tea or hot Cocoa for multiple grandchildren. Her hot Cocoa wasn't that pre-packaged deal, either. It was "Her" hot Cocoa made with love. Everything was so special, even down to her knowing that picking your favorite color of mug was so very important for a child. Amazing how she knew how important that was as a child. For me I felt validated... important enough at Grandma's that I got something I wanted, just because she cared💕 Thank you Grandma Hall!!! You left me with your legacy. The mark you left on my world. It is about the down home purpose of your life, including what all you accomplished and the impact you had on people and places. Ultimately, your story of constant creativity, hard work and love for children. So, back to my memories 😁 We would dip & eat and eat, piece after piece of that butter soaked toast. It was so so good especially after dipping it in that hot sweet tea or Cocoa 🍵 😋. I can almost taste it now. Something as simple as tea and toast and we were loving the whole experience... mixed with the chatter and laughter of our siblings & cousins. I wonder if Grandma loved that experience as much as I did. Thank you for bringing back these fond... fond... memories, at my Grandma Halls house 🏠 This is for you Grandma Hall 💕 I wish I could (((hug))) you each time I listen to this.🥺 I listen almost every night 🌙
I remember at my grandparents place was this amazing clock that my grandpa made, and I remember spending nights just there laying down on the couch listening to the clock ticking and the noises from outside, I love this, thank you for bringing me back to my childhood 💕
Same when i uses to go to my godmother's house and sleep there till morning i remember the sound of her clock in here room and when. I couldn't sleep the clock sound just made me fall asleep and this helps me too 😌
I had the grandma with MULTIPLE ticking clocks. Many of which would go off on the hour..on the half, etc. Even then, the sleep we would get as children (early 80’s) was magical. All different kinds of clocks. Grandfather..grandmother..the marbles chasing each other down the metal ramps..beautiful clocks made by, MasterCrafters”. I wish you all the best sleep here tonight. I’m sure you have stress. Listen, this complete stranger is giving you the permission you need to just let it all go...just for these few hours here tonight. It’s ok. Relax. You need it. You deserve it. You WILL be better off for it tomorrow. I’ll bet you’ll find just a bit of that magical feeling from grandma’s just ever so slight as it may be...be there with you on your wake tomorrow. G’night. 🙏
I cant believe so many people writing about grandmothers and clock❤ i search for this because i always remember my grandmother and her big brown clock on the wall❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Firstly I have to second the comment that its wonderful theres no ads. I truly appreciate that. Secondly this is the only noise maker that my husband and I can agree upon! He likes white noise and I need the regular ticking of a clock and this is so perfect. With our sleep cycle so all over the place in 2020, we go to sleep to this video most nights. Thank you!!
I read the comments of all the grandmother's homes with a ticking clock, I also was blesses with a wonderful grandmother and the many memories of the ticking clock in her home that would put me to sleep like that. I have looked for a sound track like this, I love rain and thunder to sleep to. U have brought the best of my memories ❤ together. Thank for this, u have out done yourself! I have subscribed to your channel, to see what other wonderful tracks u come up with. Bless you in light and love!! Namaste 🙏.
Finally the perfect one for me. I've been searching for a nice meditative clock that doesn't overpower all the other awesome sounds. Thank you, please make more and nigh nigh all. 😴💎
This combination of sounds is somehow dark and relaxing at the same time. It has something magical. And like many other people in the comments, I have memories from my early childhood listening to this. And somehow, it gives me a feeling of something always staying constant.
When I would stay and my grandpa's he had this clock right by my room. It would be pitch black and all you could hear was the clock, sometimes even rain. It always calmed me. so that's why I love these videos
I remember, I really do. when I was 9 my Grandmas House had a clock that would tick, It barely rained but when it did I could Allways sleep like a baby, It sounded excatly like this. This is helping me so much thank you.
This helps me sleep alot because it makes me remember the times when I was around 5 years old living with my mom and at night I could hear the sound of the rain and the clocks. I can even remember the smells of were I used to live.
What a great idea. Thank you. I've often wanted to run a few of these sleep videos together at the same time but this amalgamates those sounds. Thank you
Ok so this is exactly what I’ve been looking for so thank you! The reason I was looking for this is because my long distance partner and I sleep on the phone a lot and I can usually hear rain or wind through the phone as well as his clock ticking, and there’s just so much comfort I find in this video that remind me of him. Because our time zone hours are different I can’t be on call with him the entire time I sleep. And I’m a sucker for white noise. So this is just perfect to soothe me and remind me of him. Enough to help me sleep! So thank you.
You want to make a video that no one out their can make rain with thunder with a fan with the clock all 4 sounds at once have them all play for 10 or 12 hours please and thanks.

This is terrific. Wish it were 8hrs.☆
This is the perfect mix of ambient sounds for meditation and drifting off to sleep

The room would be cold and you would be cuddled up in a fat fluffy blanket I seriously miss those days

When you 7 years old trying to go to sleep after watching too many creepy pastas and this banger starts playing:
Make a version with a frige "trust me bro"
Just wish it lasted like 8 hrs instead of 2. Just a suggestion for future reference!
Give it a loop. 👍
Гениально
Sounds exactly like a night at granny’s house
Thunder is actually too strong for me to sleep through, would look forward to one with everything the same except the thunder
Me who has to take the clock out of my room during night cause its so annoying: 👁👄👁
😊
reminds me of umineko
This is good, just wish that breathing sound wasn't there.
@@catdrawnt It sounds like someone is breathing in the background once in a while
vecna
you can hear someone breathing in the background.. that is weird asf
