Thanks for the video. I just got the Wisycom MTP60 transmitter and I need to change over all my Lavs from TA5 to Lemo 3pin connectors. Can your tell me the Lemo 3 pin connector part # you used in the video? I need to use the Lemo FVB.00.303.NLAE24? If it is that part number can you tell me the size of the die on the crimper that you used to crimp the ferrule? The Lemo crimper is very expensive at $500 and I want to see if I can find a cheaper crimper but I need to know the die size. In your video it looks like the Ferrule slips over the outside of the lav cable. Is that right? Do you know if the Lemo Ferrule is big enough to slip over my 2mm Sanken Cos 11 Lav cable? Thanks for your help.
@@rastop1 Are you using the DPE.99.123.1K. Lemo crimping tool. It sells for $500 and I am trying to find a cheaper crimper. That's why I wanted to know the die size. But it sounds like you are not sure if 0.100 is the right size or not.
Thanks for the video! Still have a lot of practice to do before taking on LEMO soldering so will bookmark this for later.
😀
What is the tool from lemo called for tightening the nut?

@@andyt8029 Don't worry ,look for 0.1 crimper, it will work
Do you have any recommendations on cables with 2mm diameters? The thinest audio cable I could find ist from SommeCable with 2,6mm diameter.
We use Mogami, can't remember the number ....
