Ventilated (AC) seats, radar based automatic driving ( awesome on highways, you never bang any front vehicle) , automatic braking system by city safety ( it works fantastic, if you below speed of 50 kmph it will brake on its own at any hard conditions with out collision) , 19 speakers system, heads up display , front massage seats , front heated seats , steering heated function , power 235 , paddle shifters automatic parking mode. Front seats cushion extenders and front seats side bolsters adjustments.. these features are not in merc . So preferred Volvo.
Volvo is awesome with all that xtra list of features which we don't even get in higher end E class or S CLASS it's time for merc's to checkout their equipment list... But ya if it comes to sheer comfort and brand name any day it's the merc which wins the battle
well, we had an E350 4-Matic Estate in AMG line... it has panoramic glassroof, 9 SRS airbags, pre safe brake with full auto brakes with pedestrian detection, lane keeping assist with steering correction, adaptive cruise ctrl with stop and go, heated/ventilated both front seats with electric adJustment with memory, side windows blinds, active parking assist, rear cross traffic alert, 360 degree camera, Nappa leather interior, massaging front seats, electric steering adJustment, 19 inch AMG alloy wheels, air matic suspension, 4 zone climate ctrl aircond, power boot, BurMester Audio system with 2 rear TV screen and a few more items... it has an 2.0L turbocharged engine mated with 9 speed auto box with 299bhp @ 400nm torQue...
Pretty shocked to see estates finally in india, something has to be said about volvo taking the lead introducing these estates and not cutting down on the option list and overpricing like the typical bullshit that happens in the indian market by car manufactures and i believe volvo is the only manufacturer with all of its current product line introduced in india as well
A larger wheel will have a lower side profile, which means lesser rubber to absorb bumps, however its much better in the handling department during cornering.
While going through the vlog I thought it will be price that will make all the difference because Volvo's ( although liked but extremely unpopular) are always priced above the mark. I really like the V90 but if I was going to buy one, I would chose the mercerdese.. Why because it is BS 6 complaint and I care for the environment which is a huge factor in me buying anything these days. The better the product the more likelihood of me buying it... And I hope lesser polluting cars are a huge priority for the rest of India.
Bro... I do believe that Volvo is a very environment focussed brand. They stopped using V8s and Straight-6 engines because of solution control. If their engine is somehow not BS6 compliant already, it will be soon.

V90 it's looks are better both out and in. The bigger engine! It sums up everything.
The standard E class Station Wagon looks good but this all terrain derivative is an eye sore to look at. Just plain ugly. The Volvo looks beautiful
