  • We've been doing a lot of traveling in our short time in England, but we aren't done yet! This time we head out to Dunster Castle! It was sold to the National Trust in the 1970's from the Luttrell family, which happened to be my maiden name. I've known about this place over two decades before making the trek there. According to my dad, I'm the first one in our immediate family to go, and I was in complete awe of the place! I can't explain how it felt getting there and seeing it up close. Oddly, it felt like going home. Come stay a while, and if you'd like to see it in person yourself, check out the links below!

I loved London, I really did, but getting to step away from the big city and see other parts of England were just as special for me, and the Dunster area is just so nice! Your family picked a great place for a castle!

I wish I had more time there to do that. Having witnessed the castle, I was overcome with so much emotion. It truly felt like coming home. . .to a home I've never been to before. The next time we visit will be a much longer stay and I will most certainly get to talk to the volunteers.
