What!! No. Yes they are upset but they have no right to. Complain to your MCA, let them pass laws to regulate and ensure enforcement.
But no, not because MCAs can't but they wish they couldn't however, they don't have a clue on how to do it.
As the end result, momb justice and sending investors away.
