Contouring the spots....simply GENIUS!!!! Oh my! Thank you so much for this tip; I tried it and my melasma "optically" disappeared. I have to really focus on my face to spot where a patch starts and ends. Brilliant!

This is the video that I was looking for!!! I appreciate you share it. I am getting melasma in my upper lips and cheeks too. The products that I use target more my upperlips problem and I feel so bad. I will try those products. Do you use any medications for your melasma?

I am working on a video showing my results of using prescription strength Hydroquinone and Tretinoin. I am hoping to post it within a week. Look for it. The melasma patches on my upper lip and cheeks improved!
@@investinyourface thank you so much!!!! I am afraid to use my prescription. It has hydroqyinone 8% kojic acid 5% and vitamin C 1%. I am really really scare because I heard it can worst melasma. 😥 I will waiting for your new video!!!!
@@RAFUGLY14 I recommend that you share your concerns with the provider who prescribed the 8% Hydroquinone. Perhaps you would be more comfortable trying a lower strength in the compound. I have not used greater than 6%.

What is the name of the sunscreen? Love it on you
The sunscreen in this video was one by iT Cosmetics that has been discontinued, sadly. A good alternative is La-Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra-Light Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50. I am working on a video about my current favorite tinted mineral sunscreens and will post soon. Thanks Sandra!

Beautiful but that is no where near enough sunblock for protection
Thank you for your comment. In this video the sunscreen is SPF 50+ with titanium dioxide 12.1% and zinc oxide 6.3%. The foundation also contains SPF 50+ with titanium dioxide 9.0% and zinc oxide 6.3%. I am always open to improving sun protection for my melasma. Please share what you would recommend. investinyourface you need to use the two finger rule for sunscreen. You are using less than a quarter of what you actually need to use.
