U should consider yokohoma earth 1 its comparbly equal to price with mrf nd much much better tyre compare to mrf and no road noise nd quality is superb in dry nd wet conditions both.

please suggest whether I shall go for buying xuv300 w8 o petrol instead of ecosports top model of petrol in Jan2021.Please advise which one is suitable for my occasion short trip ,mainly for short or medium tour as I love to tour.This will be my first car at my 50 years of age after driving car lesson.please,please advise,can I fulfill my desire for occasional trip .
Both options are good as far as petrol engine are concerned.
As you mentioned you love to travel on trips in that case boot space & groud clearance might be the factors while choosing a car in that case Eco sports will be a option.
XUV 300 is more wider than eco sports, good wheel base & good amout of cabin space in front & in back row as well..
I suggest take a test drive & where you feel more confident in driving go for that.
Both cars are good.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime..
But check one thing mighty you required wiring also which can bear the load of Projector leadlamps.
But it will affect warranty?
No why should it, get it changed from service center itself...
I hv w8 diesel, right now am planning to change the 17" stock alloy and to fit 15" bs6 Bolero alloy (top end alloy from mahindra not after market). And putting on all terrain high profile tire so that the tire+alloy height matches the present 17" set-up....
Want suggestions from fellow group members regarding the pros and cons of this setup....
As am planning for trips to rough terrains (not 4 X 4 wala terrain)

Super car. I purchased XUV 300 last week after a test drive with Nexon and Seltos. I impressed with XUV 300. It is a fun to drive car. XUV 300 has strong body and strong engine. For safety XUV Sir I reached Addu on 14th early morning. When should I go for the test? Where? is the one and only car scored 9/10. A lot of features. A lot if cabin space too. I love it.
I also puschased this car last one moth and ita getting average 11kmpl in diesel

# What is the Avg mileage you are getting in City and Highway ?
# SInce it has not Rear A/c vent , how does it feel for back passengers in June and May Month ?
# Genderally Clutch of Diesel cars are a little tight as compared to petrol ( i have amaze diesel) , do you feel tired in long duration bumper to bumper traffic due to clutch ?
# Boot space is less as compared to others, how much can it accommodate?
# Can we install Back Camera in W 6 Variant ?

For mileage have recently uploaded a video, have a look of it, Mileage depends on our driving skills, you can get 20-22 easily on Highway & 18-20 in city + Highway.
AC is very strong & there is a option for Max AC which will take 3-4 min to make car cool.
Clutch smoothness is fine only thing is clutch need to cover little extra distance as compare to other vehicles, might be because of the high torque..
Boot space can be a problem for you if you travel very frequently with luggage, but travel occassionally with 3-4 people can be manageable.
Back Camera you can't install in the existing Infotainment system, for that you have to install a seperate screen on your IRVM.

205-65-16 ya 215-60-16 jisme drive comfort ke sath average bhi maintain ho
205/65/16 is more practical for rough & regular driving conditions..
215/60/16 is better for Highway driving, but 4mm Ground clearance kam ho jaygi car ki.
Agar Car ko thoda bulky & accha look dena h to aap 215/65/16 bhi try kar sakte ho..! (6 mm ground clearance bhi badh jaygi aap ki)

For improve little more tyre profile 215/60/17 ye tyre size kaisa rahega W8 model ko!? Aur kya farak padega jaise k milage aur vehicle stability.
Hi Azhar, if you install 215/60/17 tyre instead of 215/55/17
So total change in the circumference of tyre will be around 65 to 70 mm & which will be around 3% extra compare to the current circumference..
As per the car expert & technically we can't increase the circumference above 2%
Odometer Reading will not be exact & speedometer will show around 2.5 to 3% extra speed..
Mileage may get drop & other technical issue can also arise.

With alloys it’s performing better on mileage, yes if you want you can upgrade to 17” but Tyre bhi upsize karana padega

Off-roading me koi problem nhi h tyers ke saath only problem is the pot hols which appears suddenly on road, that is dangerous for alloy & tyre as well..
As far as the matter of Snow driving it depends on the grip of tyre, with new tyres it might works fine..

Rattling noise issue was with XUV 500 because of its very big & bulky body, trust me I have never heard any sort of rattling sound so far in my XUV 300.
Only sound I feel is of tool kit & spare tyre in the boot..

Edit - ecosport top model owners are also fed up of damaged tyres in my area so its a real problem

@@crazydrifter13 just replace the same tyres with new Alloys , no need for higher profile or width ! Go with ur stock tyres width and profile ! You will nvr have an issue !
Also try to get a lighter tyres , there are some cheap heavy alloys available (heavier than stock, you will get the feel if any of ur cars have an alloys) , heavy alloys arent good for the car ! Don’t use then ! It wears suspension parts faster !

In the hilly area
Badly feel Turbo lag in hills
Hill assist is not working
Machine is only for for highway travel of plain area
Never recommend to buy at all
Go for other option
