Soft & Fluffy Mini Burger Buns | Slider Buns | Dinner Rolls | easy recipe -Gj sweet and Savoury
INGREDIENTS: (Makes 12-15)
▪️For Dough
Half cup warm milk
2 tsp instant yeast
Half tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 & half cups flour ( maida)
Half cup oil
1 egg
Half cup warm water (add very slowly)
▪️1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
▪️For Glaze:
1 tablespoons butter plus 1/2 tsp coriander or parsley
Preheat and bake at 180c for 26-30 min.
Then turn of lower rod. And turn on top rod for 2-3 min , just to give a nice color.
Take out, put glaze, and enjoy.
Mix together milk and yeast, ,salt sugar flour,oil, egg,mix a bit, then add 2-3 tbsp water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Grease your hands with oil while kneading if too sticky. Spread some oil,cover and put in a warm place for 15-20 mins. It will increase in rise. Punch it, mix it one more time.
