Great idea on the foam.looks real.ordered the real rubber. Didn't see your idea in time.the game is so much fun I'm done crying over the 60 bucks I spent for the diamond pyramid back board.hopefully I'll win it back at the casino. Any how it will be great practicing at home on my table that I build.im gona build a little differently than you.thanks for sharing. 🙏😁
Hey that's a good way of thinking about it: Win back your home table investment after you use what you learn at home in the real casino! Good luck! Glad the video was helpful, even if after the fact.
Glad it's helpful! I actually didn't show how I put "chip racks" on it. But I use some small plastic containers from the dollar tree and use binder clips to clip them into the wood. I've done this for a few parties. That way everyone has their own bin for their chips. Maybe not the prettiest but still effective! Especially for a little gathering/party.

its foam sound proofing. you can find it online a lot of places. it ranges in price, but since it doesn't really need to actually dampen any sound you can just get the cheapest you can find in the style you like. I'd go with 1 inch pyramids, you can find it in green too but it might cost a little more for colors. it comes pretty standard in grey/black
If you just divide the back wall into two parts it will fold better . MAKE IT SO ONE SIDE SLIDES INTO THE OTHER . You may want to do something like you did with the foam . Even could use dowels with no glue or just one side glued .
Yea the adhesive spray is hit or miss. It wears off some eventually from the bending and straightening, my foam right now needs some more spray on it actually. Splitting the back wall is interesting. It would fold flatter but be more pieces. People always try to lean on mine as if they're real so having them split would make them less sturdy unless there was some locking mechanism that held them in place together or something. Good ideas though.
The walls I built are about 28 inches wide and the side walls that fold out are about 17 inches. I built them to fit a typical fold out table that is about 30 inches wide and 6 foot long. The wall height is about 9.5 inches. I just bought one long piece of wood at home depot and had them make a few cuts so that I only had to use one piece of board. You could definitely make the side walls longer than 17 inches though, my dice bounce off the table occasionally , but that's craps!
This was a great idea and easy build...many Thanks for you for sharing this build..
thanks for the video. you and Harry Mack look alot alike

Love the soundproofing, actually looks like the real thing if you didn't say so.
Yea, it comes in green too if you want to spend a little more money. It also has some awesome bounce!

Where do you go and throw on a table that is 2ft wide? Build to regulation
Are you building a table to regulation?
What are dimensions? 4x4x4??
