as a son myself who loves his mother so very much, it touches me to think how through all the terrible pain and suffering jesus made sure he left his mother in good hands before he died. The bond between a godly mother and her son is something special and i thank god for giving me my mother.
When I was in Youth Group at my church (long time ago) the youth would prepare, and serve breakfast for the church on Good Friday. After breakfast, there was a service in the sanctuary, and 1 year, the youth performed this cantata by Dallas Holm. I remember how emotional, and touching this was. My sister, and brother were a couple of soloists. Helped me see the Easter story in a new light: saw it on a more personal level. Very powerful, and beautifully written cantata.

the year was 1973 my grandMother a Strong Caholic women Hurd this song once and you can see in her face that God his self was Speaking to her Heart She Accsepeted Jesus christ as her lord and savyor right then and there and my whole familey Followed soon after I thank god 4 this women and song 4 leading them to god

I once had the album where this song and others were on it. I listened over and over again, and was never so moved by music as this moved me. I thank you for posting this as it is perhaps my favorite album and is no longer available. Thank you again & Happy Easter!

This is incredible! I hear this song in Spanish when I was a child on an old tape, never listed to that again but I'm so thankful I found it!!!!!
