Thank you Sasha and Nick. I love it when you describe the bait, tackle and show the technique, it helps a lot for novice anglers like myself to get a hang of things and understand the works.
Was there again on Sat, watermelin wacky with mosquito hook got me a few, but randomly threw a weightless watermelon fluke while waiting for my chicken mayo(amazing there) and pulled out a 51cm beast... my pb, with no phone or scale or tape measure.... so i made a mark on my rod to measure later.... at least one of the staff saw how big it was....
@@EnveyZA still at work, can't wait to get some time off. Not to bad thanks for the reply, I got the Clout for now, but I'll try the Zoom in future.. I'll get back to you after I go fish to tell you what I got. Tight lines!
What spinning Rod and reel do you use? I went fishing last week and my rod went in the water with my brand new reel I use 2 trips I wanna know what combo you use
So in this specific video I used a Daiwa Prorex X spinning rod. And the reel is a Daiwa Prorex X LT spinning reel in 2500 size. If you need a setup or even this exact setup, I bought it from Tackel cabin 👍🏻
Love the Clout. Got a 2.87kg on it on the Nirvana colour on my first outing to Theewaterskloof Dam here in the Western Cape with That Buys Guy (Adam Gouws).
I fish 6th sense hard baits alot also use their rods but i cant catch ish on their soft plastics. ill fish googan bandito bug but i ushually get custom soft plastics, yamamoto or berkley
So its actually funny but I started using the Berkley soft plastics now and there hard baits. The berkley products are on another level for south african waters
The gary yamamoto senko is still the number one senko. I wanted to compare senkos that are evenly priced. I love the 6th sense brand and they make such quality baits.
@@BassingwithSascha Ok that makes sense I didnt know largemouth were brought their where I live they are native so I never really think about where bass are introduced
Once I heard the accent and the music I hit the Subscribe button Haha!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it👍

Nice dude 👍🏻 I think I’ll give it a go with a watermelon red fluke 👍🏻 try something new
Awesome vid i personally like the Googan or zoom brands
I see lots of people enjoy the zoom baits 👍🏻 maybe I’ll give it a go
There’s only one bait and that is Gary yamamoto 😎
Gary Yamamoto for the win👍🏻👍🏻 when it comes to price it isn’t the winner
Lol true
Was great fun fishing with you man.
Will definitely make a plan to join you on another session some time 🔥.
Yeah man was good fun 👍🏻 we will do it soon 👍🏻

Thanks a lot Leon👍🏻 maybe we should do it sometime👍🏻
@@BassingwithSascha Hi Sasha that will be good man 👍👍
I hooked up with zoom baits
For me ,zoom is the best, most durable, most versatile baits. I also prefer it over everything
@@suhailasmal8954 Yes Sir 👌🏼👌🏼🐐
Styx did you have any success yet with wacky rigged Zoom worms? I am asking cause I also like Zoom for the value for money hey.
@@lukasklopper5361 what’s up bro 😎, Ya I did caught 3 pounders with them. Great value for money bro 👍

6th sense is my favorite brand. Although I mix it up all the time. 6th lures are unmatched in my opinion
The 6th Sense Brand and products are amazing. They are at the moment my favorite brand. I do like Googan aswell so I mix it up.

When was this filmed? Just recently went to Gnu Valley and came up empty
It was filmed on the 5th of December. What did you throw?
My rod fell in the water because we all went overboard and capsized the boat
O my word dude that sounds terrible. Hopefully no one was hurt. Hopefully you guys where able to save the boat to.
