    I'm on day 30 because of an instagram video Ray did where he said..." If it's lunch start at dinner tonight"... and I did! Lost 3 inches in my belly in the first month! Body composition is really changing... but what's weird is I have only lost 6 pounds of weight... excited for the adventure to come.

      I’m so inspired by you Ray! My husband and I started 6 weeks ago. I have lost 11 lbs and 5.5 inches off my waist. Joint pain has decreased. We feel amazing! Thank you!

    Day 8 on carnivore. Down 5lbs, but I feel fantastic. The brain fog thing that Ray talks about. You don't realize you have it to an extent. Example: I would wake up in the morning and sit at my home office and try to log via username and password. My password is long but easy to remember. Before carnivore, it would take me at least 2 to 3 tries before getting the password correct. Now, it is first try every time. No sugar, No carbs and no alcohol. My plan is to stay on this for 60-days.

    • @srvmotoman
      @srvmotoman หลายเดือนก่อน

      @imliz100 there has been a cheat day here and there. I'm not going to lie. But over all, i'm down from 215 to 196 lbs. My go to meal is a pound of ground beef and 5-7 eggs with Celtics salt and a lot of butter. Just started weight training last week and it's a struggle to make it through the workouts (no carbs).

    His knee pain went away in three days? With all that extra weight inflammation gone? That’s a miracle!!!
    I’m 4 1/2 months strict carnivore and still have knee pain and lower back. I spend a lot of money on grass fed grass finished meat. Only beef and lamb. The brain fog did go fast, my bloating went, stool better and back and knee psin has lessened. When I hear all pain gone in two weeks or less I wonder what am I doing wrong.

      It depends on your condition. You probably aren’t doing anything wrong. I have severe back pain but that’s because I have scoliosis and bulging discs. Just lessening the pain helps. I couldn’t even get a shower or put on my clothes without excruciating pain and that caused major depression. Keep on trucking, sounds like you’re doing okay.

      Are you drinking only water? Some people cannot handle coffee and I am one of them. It gives me cystic acne it makes me extremely jittery intense I am a total jerk when I drink coffee, and it affects my joints. My knee pain is gone also and I still have 100 pounds to lose

    Please, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet .(Sorry if i already posted before but i dont know what to do) :
    I am now over 180 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else but 500-600g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts)
    I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems.
    I lost about 17 lbs(8kg) in the first 9 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements like waist, legs, arms and neck ).In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs(1KG between weeks 10-12, but it might be just water.
    I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor have I changed my body composition significantly
    I am now over 12 weeks with no body fat lost.
    So I would like to ask a few question about the Carnivore diet:
    1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnivore diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat)
    2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?(how many weeks or months)
    3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition?
    I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet.
    PS: Most of my time as a Carnivore i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat.
    Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language.
    Thank you for your attention!.

      Keep at the carnivore diet. I've heard that weight loss comes later sometimes after the body heals from something. I do eat blueberries occasionally. Dairy keeps me from losing weight. I have not lost what I want either

      @@debbierobinson But i dont have any heal to do. I was aldreay healthy when i started the Canivore diet over 6 months ago. I also have not lost any bodyfat for almost 4 month. I have not experienced most of the carnivore benefits but satiety.
      For how long should i keep doing somthing that clearly is not working for me? I still have at least 10-12 lbs of bodyfat to lose
      I dont know if you read my comment(Most people who reply to my post never do) But i ONLY EAT MEAT AND EGGS, NOTHING MORE!

    • @debbierobinson
      @debbierobinson 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @user-tn6sq3lx6r I have not done carnivore as much and as long as you have. Not 3 months yet. I've told you what everyone keeps telling me. Keep at carnivore even at my current weight of 300+. Gaining instead. I know it's got to be discouraging 😞. I just know that I am not where I want to be, but I am not where I was...bedbound and defeated. I'm walking now!! I'm a Christian, and I put my full trust in Jesus Christ to show me what to do each day. Focusing on Him, not my diet. I lean on this Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 NASB version
      5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
      And do not lean on your own understanding.
      6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
      And He will make your paths straight.
      I'll keep persevering with carnivore eating until the Lord directs me differently. I'm trying to stay carnivore because of the great testimonies I hear of.

      @@debbierobinsonGood luck. I are still very soon in a carnivore diet. I don't believe in anything supernatural so i have to find the solution myself or suffer the consequences!

      You're not a carnivore. Carnivores are able to easily kill things they're supposed to eat. Also no carnivore had a jaw that can move side to side, carnivore jaws only move up and down. Your body structure tells all. What can you easily catch and kill and eat with just your body? We are an adaptive species that can survive as herbivores, omnivores and carnivores for extended periods of time. Yes we have our brains and tools, but the healthiest diet is likely to include things we can collect and catch on our own. When you take care of any animals species in captivity what do you do? You figure out what kind of animal it is and you replicate the wild diet.

    Love Ray's videos, great interview. Just regarding salt - some do better with no salt. And it can take a long time not feeling great before some people to find out. So just FYI. Some need salt, others is best with no salt or minimal.

      Maybe fasting would help, do that you’re really hungry

  • @bre6651
    @bre6651 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I keep gaining and losing the same 7lbs. I started to feel amazing so I began to workout again (Pilates 3-4 times a week). idk if I keep gaining weight because the workouts are making me hungry or inflamed? But I weigh myself, notice I've lost progress, then take it easy/fast, weight falls off. my cycle comes around and I gain it back even when fasting. Its like the scale is teasing me. I did lose inches at first but now I'm not sure how to check for results because the scale is being bipolar and my waist measurements haven't moved in a month. I ordered beef, bacon and eggs last night from Costco because I really want to be out of the 170's before my birthday (August 17th). Any tips or encouragement would be helpful, but that's all I want for my birthday.
    All this aside the cellulite in my legs has visually decreased. Period pain has decreased. Acne gone. No more food noise/cravings. My mental health has gotten sooooooo much better. I sleep like a baby, and I have so much energy. When I was on keto, I had to force myself to workout and I was maybe in the zone like once a week. Now I just wake up in the zone. The only issue I have is now that I know all the health issues with being over weight and having extra fat around the mid section I just want it gone. I want to feel pretty and confident in my clothes, I know every says that shouldn't be your only "why" But I am a woman and I want to feel/look pretty and accentuate my natural curves. So tired of hiding in my clothes and not feeling confident. That's why I don't care when people who are 200+ pounds and on meds tell me I'm going to un alive myself eating this way and I need to eat in moderation. I've tried that all my life, and eating in moderation gave me a moderation body and health.
