@@jcbusto122 yea fr. I know they're not being serious but there's actually alot of kiddos these days jumping on gear super early on. always try to max out your gains before hopping on gear.
@@HehehexDD EXACTLY there's 15 year old on Tren these days... Smh. Yeah they'll be a beast amongst young guys until their in their early 20s but they'll peak where some guys could peak naturally and never develop fully mentally and physically.

Hey Auden it's fun to watch you and your Dad interact!! Your Dad is a celebrity to me, but watching you guys together really shows his down to earth side (not that his channel doesn't completely). You definitely got the family charisma and talent!! Keep it up!

Bulk and build muscle. You should not overspecialize at this stage - that is one concept from Tudor Bomba's book Periodization. Arm wrestling exercises are not going to make you get huge. You need powerlifting exercises. Strength is a skill.
I was a kickboxer and I could not make my weight go up, no matter how much I ate. But when I started doing bodybuilding exercises, my weight would immediately respond by going up. Powerlifting exercises will make your weight (and strength) go up twice as much. And if you learn powerlifting principles (for example, things you need to do for a 1 rep max lift), they will definitely help you with your power in armwrestling. Edit: and powerlifting strength is not based on muscle. Look at bodybuilders, they are muscular, but weak compared to powerlifters. Skinny powerlifters lift twice as much as musclebound bodybuilders. Powerlifting strength IS a skill. Learn the skill of strength and you can apply it to armwrestling.

It can also help you identify your weaknesses and areas of improvement. Losing is not a failure, but an opportunity to learn and grow. You have such a positive attitude and are making memories that last a lifetime. Good work!

I intend on launching a South West of Mtl school tournament inspired by the one you participated in Hawkesbury.
Losing isn't fun in the beginning but it makes you to work harder but when you get stronger than everyone some times it doesn't feel good you feel like villain or something idk for dominanting everyone doesn't feel great especially when people treat you like levan
first time watching amatuer arm wresting and i really loved it. its cool to see guys/girls early on in the sport. remember the names and check back in 10 years

Good job man. I just did my first(I'm 30 never too late) tournament at east vs. west amatures and got destroyed ... But I think I know where I went wrong. Keep up the work and you could definitely be a world champion represent Canada well.
