I know right? I am nowhere near as strong as milo but I’m writing it all down in a notebook, and doing these lifts three times a day in addition to my power building training and it’s honestly the most enjoyable training style I’ve ever tried!
I know a 70 year old man who still has boxes at his parent's house. It's a nostalgic connection to home. And yes, he and his wife have plenty of space.
When he moved away for college his mom had a garage sale and sold his entire baseball card collection that would be worth around 40k today. She didn't know any better. 😂

it can be hard to take direction - especially from your dad, no matter how much a master he is - so good on you milo, stick with it and you will make a life in this game

Listen to your pops and try to throw all the testosterone and young blood aside. Having a strong foundation of mind at a young age is a million times more powerful than just going at things with talent. There are alot of people who are skilled but dont have a solid mindset. I know your pops eats breaths sleeps with a certain ethos that you should try to follow as much as you can. Wish i would of done it more with mine when I was younger, instead of going out and partying. You have a gold platter, right in front of you

I kinda get your point but at the same time the wiry frame isn't actually ideal for armwrestling. Auden seems to be able to bulk in a way that Devon has never been able to so he might actually end up having better genetics once all is said and done. Only time will tell.
