When he moved away for college his mom had a garage sale and sold his entire baseball card collection that would be worth around 40k today. She didn't know any better. 😂

I know right? I am nowhere near as strong as milo but I’m writing it all down in a notebook, and doing these lifts three times a day in addition to my power building training and it’s honestly the most enjoyable training style I’ve ever tried!

Listen to your pops and try to throw all the testosterone and young blood aside. Having a strong foundation of mind at a young age is a million times more powerful than just going at things with talent. There are alot of people who are skilled but dont have a solid mindset. I know your pops eats breaths sleeps with a certain ethos that you should try to follow as much as you can. Wish i would of done it more with mine when I was younger, instead of going out and partying. You have a gold platter, right in front of you
it can be hard to take direction - especially from your dad, no matter how much a master he is - so good on you milo, stick with it and you will make a life in this game

What an awesome family, having all the kids grow up so involved and interested in their fathers legacy is truly awesome to watch and I hope the kids can reach a point that their father can sit back in retirement one day and feel like he’s done even more for the sport than his own career legacy but have set a family legacy upon the sport

I just started watching this video and I am a newbie in armwrestling. But, I understood from the beginning of the video that Devon is giving smart advice on his son's training. All sports are alike. You don't need to rip your muscles every session and this gives you an opportunity to progress for a long time.
