Hello. Greetings from Brazil! I have my P600 since November. Your video is great, and I faced the same issues as you. The front brake hose was in the same strange position, so I had to put it in the correct place. Mine is size small and I had to change the stem by a shorter one with more angle (17°). I gave up from adjusting the fenders…. Simply didn’t manage to avoid the rubbing, then I removed both. I also changed the saddle by a bit wider one (Serfas MH-RX). I had to change the Tektro brake pads by the Shimano ones, as the originals were noisy. I installed a Zefal R70 rear rack, and now the bike is ready for long tourings.

Nice work! Tips that may work out:
      - could bend the fender stay wires with pliers into a new shape with wide U shoulders or whatever fits IF the stay wires are long enough
      - noisy break pads could be made less noisy / silent by sanding them a bit down on a dead flat sheet of glass & fine sand paper (120, 150, 220 grit)

Looks like a sweet ride. Looking forward to hear how the pinion gearbox runs and operates. Should be pretty much bullet proof. I have a belt drive bicycle with a nuvinci/enviolo but have very mixed feelings about the shift quality, maintenance and available information online compared to typical derailleur setups

Thanks for watching! Bike runs well so far, shifts well (as designed, which is at no-load on the gear train) and my ride review is coming out soon. I'm thinking about trying a local triathlon race with it, Olympic distance, due to my confidence in its drivetrain (not going for a podium finish, just completing the course within cutoff times). Catch ya later!

Hello. Today marks one year since I've had my bike. Everything is working 100%, but I'm not very happy with the Tektro brakes... I've had to adjust them several times, and they don't stay in place, especially the rear brake. I'm considering upgrading to Shimano next year. I have Shimano MT200 single brakes with Shimano Deore disc brakes on my other bike, and they're better and seem to be much more reliable than the original ones that come with the Priority 600.

Not staying in place: the frame may not be ground flat enough where the caliper body mounts, causing movement under specified bolt tightening torque
