Besides falling in love with the fabrics you design, I especially love how you break down a block. It makes sense to me now! I used to just sigh and wonder how it all comes together. But your videos have opened my eyes and have lit the burner under my desire to finally quilt at age 73. Thank you.

I'm not sure if Lori Holt actually sees any of these comments, but I want to give her a great big THANK YOU ❤ As I scroll through the posts I see so much joy, happiness, creativity and on and on...I for one know that this pandemic would have been a lot more stressful, depressing, and taxing if I didn't have my LH quilts to work on. I discovered Farm Girl Vintage early on in the pandemic and I am still working on it. I was attracted to the patterns because they are HAPPY. So if you see this Lori Holt, please know that you have made a huge difference in my life, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! ❤🥰🌠🌈 I am currently signed up for Bee Happy BOM and FGV2 BOM.🙃

THANK YOU! It's great being able to get in to your brain and see how it is that you select fabrics. I know, for me, that is the HARDEST thing I try to do when I'm not following a specific direction with pre-selected fabrics that I simply follow along with. I know you've done this, but any time you can explain how and why you select fabric, I know I can't ever hear it too many times. Your big 20" block will make a great pillow...I'm going to challenge myself to sift through all of my Lori Holt fabrics and see if I can manage putting something together!

Thank you Lori for helping us learn to chose fabrics!! All 3 blocks look so different. Also, I appreciate so much that you explained so well why you wait to sew on the easy corners. At first I thought they would make the final block look different but they don't and avoiding that fidgeting in the seams will be so helpful. You are an awesome teacher....and designer!

Lori, thank you so much for taking your time to do what you do for us. I was amazed at the different looks that the same block could take on because of the use of different fabrics. The green one focused on the chain, the red one focused on the Daisy and the other took on a completely different look I seen the boldness of the block itself. Thank you, so much. I have been sewing for years but I am just now enjoying learning how to quilt. I have been able to follow a pattern and copy others use of colors. But now I understand how to get the look I would like most. I’m sure I won’t be an expert tomorrow 🤣 but going forward I’m going to enjoy the journey even more.😀

The little piece of fabric you use before and after you sew, the order of how you piece your blocks, the seam roller… which is my favorite little tool, a clapper… didn’t even have a clue what that was before I saw you use it… & it’s fabulous.
