I'm facing an issue with our Service Console where, despite users filling out the pre-chat form, their name still appears as "Guest" in the Service Console. I'm looking for help to ensure that the correct username appears instead of "Guest." The pre-chat form collects the user's name and other information. When a chat is initiated, the user shows up as "Guest" in the Service Console rather than displaying their name. I'm looking for a solution or configuration change that ensures the user name collected in the pre-chat form is properly reflected in the console.
VF page solution works but how can I test this in HTML file locally I meant it generate some code and I create HTML page and this code then it does not work. Can you tell me if it is possible?

Would have been better if you also included setting up users into live chat. There are more steps to configure than the service deployment.
