Hi! I’m 18 and I feel and am convinced I did the unforgivable sin which is why my mind is reprobated! When I cry out and wanting to repent I hear “it’s too late you did unforgivable sin” my mind is set on evil things but I don’t want to do those things I have to reject them out of my own will power. I feel like a shell with no spirit. I feel numb and not influenced. I get the urge and sometimes gospel music pops up in my head. My mind kept saying that the Holy Spirit evil and I let it slipped out my mouth more than once!! I feel my consciousness is seared and I realize my mistakes and I apologized but I feel no matter what it’s too late. I feel I am not giving my whole heart to him and it’s really over. I even confessed my wrongs and I am begging for his forgiveness but as it is said it’s unforgiven which leads me in this terrible state of despair. I want to change and be with him all over again. Is it any hope??? I want hope I can be revived and renewed. Please tell God to renew me and ask about me.

Conviction is of God ~ Condemnation is of Satan ..... Even Apostle Paul who was a servant of Christ wrestled between his mind and his flesh (Romans chapter 7) . We are not without sin but should strive to be Christ like. There will always be a battle especially of the mind for he who controls the mind controls the body. Take control of the mind and submit it to Christ. Don't listen to the lies of Satan, call him out for what he is a lier and a thief. Declare your love for Christ over everything Satan tries to speak over you. You didn't commit the unpardonable sin. It can't be commited today. As long as we can feel when the Holy Spirit convicts us when we start going astray, and then respond on that, we are not reprobate. We might be falling into the reprobate condition if we choose to harden our hearts, though. Correct me if I'm wrong.
A reporobate is someone who god damns to hell, and beyond hope of salvation, hence someone already rejected by God while they are still living. Also they are not left to their own devices, read all of Romans chapter 1. It literally says that God gives them over unto vile affections. He takes away the normal boundaries set on the human mind, so that they go past them and begin to have vile affections. When you become a reprobate through hating god, god will eventually reject you and that is it, you are done.
I feel this way. That I’ve gone too far from the Lord, tasting his goodness, but falling. I don’t feel any love for the Lord anymore. Here is my difficulty to understand this. If someone who’s a pastor and we can say is “saved”? Some people might say yes but then I have asked some Christians who would say the ra*** or child **** can’t possibly be saved for their action. Because a true Christian would not do such things. I think the teachings passed down and aspects of Christianity such as community, loyalty, and diligence to name a few are very important to the development of humanity. This is made less significant by the actual age of humanity and how many, many other religions which have just as much if not more attendance to an explanation of how we have come to process the world presently and how our history has shaped us, had also arrived earlier than christianity. This is done through literature and art and has been done so well that it can be argued in many of these works of art such as the Bible that it transcends mere explanations and insight. The issue is that these are written by human hands, which are not all knowing and cannot definitively guarantee truth and absoluteness. If this is ignored then I believe the only use for religion in this modern secular era is to help those who need what it offers. This being inner peace for the price of your sight.

First of all, you can only become a reprobate through hating god and denying the gospel over and over to the point where god eventually rejects you (Read Romans 1 kjv and also look up bible passages with the word reprobate). It takes time to become a reprobate, and if you worried that you might be one, then you aren't. A reprobate has his mind seared with a hot iron, and does not care at all with wondering if he is reprobate or not. That being said, once you do become a reprobate, its over. You cannot be saved out of it for you will never believe the gospel no matter how many times its presented to you.

"sinners, of whom I am the worst" (I Timothy 1:15-16): am - present tense. That is not the same as a reprobate mind, but an increasing understanding of how bad we are without Him. I am very glad for that example of patience. One who does not forgive oneself pretty much says the Lord has not.

Why is it necessary to say biblical truth ? If all the books in the world were distroyed, it is likely that the type books describing math and science would return. And and the same set of stories the druids, the Egyptians, the Mongols, the Hindus, the Mormons etc, would not.
Maybe, maybe not. Many of the stories survived quite well in oral traditions, using their ceremonies to teach each convert and new generation. As for saying "biblical truth," it keeps certain groups of people quiet for a few seconds longer, but that is an observation and maybe not the reason done here.
Your question confused me a little bit. May be just because I am a simpleton? 😊 But my understanding would be, that he is qualifying truth, as relegated strictly to the Old and New Testaments. There are many truths in this world. Such as 2+2=4. But that is not a truth concentrated on in the Scriptures, nor is that truth related to this topic. But the truth non the less. For my 2 cents, I wouldn't think you could have a reprobate mind having those thoughts.

I think the teachings passed down and aspects of Christianity such as community, loyalty, and diligence to name a few are very important to the development of humanity. This is made less significant by the actual age of humanity and how many, many other religions which have just as much if not more attendance to an explanation of how we have come to process the world presently and how our history has shaped us, had also arrived earlier than christianity. This is done through literature and art and has been done so well that it can be argued in many of these works of art such as the Bible that it transcends mere explanations and insight. The issue is that these are written by human hands, which are not all knowing and cannot definitively guarantee truth and absoluteness. If this is ignored then I believe the only use for religion in this modern secular era is to help those who need what it offers. This being inner peace for the price of your sight.
@@natedelaunay I think I've seen many people say the same thing but not really prove it, we have multiple non biblical proofs for The Lord Jesus's existence examples are Cornelius Tacitus and Josephus flavius who who also mentions martydom of multiple christians who died for their faith, other than that Christianity wouldn't have lasted this long and had an effect this big and worked like these if it wasn't the Holy Spirit guiding

You may say well there are book of psychology explain such conditions yes the answer is valid, but those book or psycologist only tells people what's wrong with them( blaming parents,society etc, etc) and what they do they give you a PILL. The bible showed us those problems from the ROOT OUT AND IS CALLED SIN.

G-d told His chosen people "I will give them [Israel] an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh." (Ezekiel 11: 19, NIV). G-d can do that for a whole nation, and he can do it for individual people too.
How? "Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall. Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, people of Israel?" (Ezekiel 18: 30b - 31, NIV).
G-d offers to give you a new heart and wash you clean from the inside out, but only if you let him start working. It's like the old joke "Q: How many psychiatrists does it take to change a light bulb? A: One, but the light bulb has to want to change". It's your decision.
Then the Lord will start changing your heart and you can be confident that "he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." (Philippians 1: 6b, NIV).

Accepting the Lord's free gift has nothing to do with "grovelling", as you put it. It does involve changing your mind, though. That's part of "repentance".
First of all, you can only become a reprobate through hating god and denying the gospel over and over to the point where god eventually rejects you (Read Romans 1 kjv and also look up bible passages with the word reprobate). It takes time to become a reprobate, and if you worried that you might be one, then you aren't. A reprobate has his mind seared with a hot iron, and does not care at all with wondering if he is reprobate or not. That being said, once you do become a reprobate, its over. You cannot be saved out of it for you will never believe the gospel no matter how many times its presented to you.

"sinners, of whom I am the worst" (I Timothy 1:15-16): am - present tense. That is not the same as a reprobate mind, but an increasing understanding of how bad we are without Him. I am very glad for that example of patience.

Why is it necessary to say biblical truth ? If all the books in the world were distroyed, it is likely that the type books describing math and science would return. And and the same set of stories the druids, the Egyptians, the Mongols, the Hindus, the Mormons etc, would not.
Maybe, maybe not. Many of the stories survived quite well in oral traditions, using their ceremonies to teach each convert and new generation.
As for saying "biblical truth," it keeps certain groups of people quiet for a few seconds longer, but that is an observation and maybe not the reason done here.

But my understanding would be, that he is qualifying truth, as relegated strictly to the Old and New Testaments. There are many truths in this world. Such as 2+2=4. But that is not a truth concentrated on in the Scriptures, nor is that truth related to this topic. But the truth non the less. There are many people that do not recognize the authority of the Bible as a source of truth. That I believe is what he is establishing with that statement. So, in conclusion then.
