Those output inductors a NICE!!!! Filtered output inductors!!??Normally only found in High end amps Like Helix, Audiocontrol, ESX, NOT MANY!! This is the only amp at this price range featuring those filtered output inductors!!!
An easy way to clean up class D is to make the switch to full bridge and move the power supply stage to a higher switching frequency most class d run the power stage around 24khz but bump this higher to 36-100khz this will add some more losses in the fets but honestly those losses don't really get crazy tell your over 250khz because most modern fets are stupid fast. This change helps because the greater the difference there is between carrying frequencys and audio frequency the better you can filter it out.. the next step is the output stage pwm circuit is the dynamic range. The is the the range between the lowest output and highest output this is controlled by the chop and carrier frequency on the pwm signal to the fets higher frequencys will give a more accurate waveform tracking also making it easier on the inductors to eat up the carrier frequency and pass a true sign wave. The IR relationship between the output filter and the woofer inductance will have a strong impact on total dampening, amplifier response curve. The way the amp dyno works supplys basically a static fixed inductance value based on the resistors in the dyno but given the inductance maps of woofer testing even if and amp has a small crown or is peeking at say 120hz and drops say 5-10% at 40hz this is do to the output inductor reaching saturation and will be far less with an actual woofer then it is with the amp dyno.

I then tried a different wire that was putting out 14 volts thinking maybe it just wasn't enough before. Still only got about 2-4 volts where it connected to the amp. What is the issue 😭🤦 (I've been trying to find time on the weekend to do this for 5 weeks)

D'Amore "Gotcha". Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaahhh. No just kidding he right about the noise. These amps are the cleanest on earth.
Ok. So if the watt per dollar ratings were identical would you buy a 4 channel amp from D'Amore or Audio Control? Who has the better sounding amp?
Very nice I like this one.
Do these guys make home audio amplifiers?
I was wondering if you could do a dyno of an alpine mrx240. I have one and I have looked for a few years to see the dyno on it
I could use advice on what amp best for two 8s, two 10s, two 12s I’ve got in truck... for my mids I’ve got infinity 5 channel, but want one amp for all 6 subs
What percentage would be hearable? Would staging get messed up even if you couldn’t hear the difference?
Those are really nice amps but are they nice enough for me to buy them over RF for the next build. No hate, just a serious question.
Would this so be enough to power my pioneer Z series 🤔
HELP PLSS This is my first system install. I have a Audiopipe db2 on an Autotek TA2050.1 2000w Mono. I hooked everything up and got NOTHING from the amp. The remote wire was wired to the remote wire in the back of my afm stereo. I used Ttaps to do this. Im getting about 10-11.5 volts on the remote wire from the stereo but only about 2-4 where the remote wire hooks up to the amp. I then tried a different wire that was putting out 14 volts thinking maybe it just wasn't enough before. Still only got about 2-4 volts where it connected to the amp. What is the issue 😭🤦 (I've been trying to find time on the weekend to do this for 5 weeks)
So this is a amp for mids and highs etc 2 way speakers.
I haven’t heard good things about him as a person. All I’ve ever heard is he is rude and full of himself. Now I don’t know him personally so I’m not going to pass judgment on Mr Meade. I do like what he does in the car audio field and I have respect for him as a business man.
Amp dyno why you no come cheap? 😭
Ah hey I like your videos they are entertaining to watch aswell
