Jaw dropping. Stunning! Incredible! Standard-setting. Unique. Must be one of the best designs and properties ever featured on the channel. This is a 'home'. Thank you so much for bringing this amazing property to the channel.
This could said about your project: Simply Elegant. But to put emphasis on each word: Simply but, Elegant! Andrew and Sonya, what a collaboration. I have a feeling many of your projects will be featured on Local Project.
I see we have one commenter who wants to see more of Andrew, and another who wants more walk-through... Seems like you've got the balance about right! 😊
True... but just you try and steal our New Zealand homes and you will find out how protective we are! (Besides, have you any idea how heavy our stone is?) 😊
I have a love/hate for that natural floor shown at 4:15 I love the natural look and herringbone looks so cool, however my practical brain wont shut up. I think having the stool legs get stuck as I move the stool would drive me nuts, not to mention a requirement for wearing shoes in the house. Overall though, I like the space.
Fisher Pykel will not seal their dishwasher circuit boards nor do they warranty them. Planned obsolescence. They fail within a year and your investment is lost.
I like the house but I honestly don't see anything medieval in it. To me it looks like a modern farm house. The use of stone on the walls and floors and timber look very rustic. It's a nice color palette, it's very restrained and yet still warm and elegant
Rather than the property being "Medieval", I felt the reference related to the gatehouse style of entry, where people with differing reasons for accessing the interior did not have to interact.
Andrew, I felt the same way. I don’t know anything about the brand, but didn’t hear anything about why this specific brand addressed a need that others couldn’t. So it makes me wonder if they got the appliances for free in exchange for featuring them and baselessly talking them up without sharing any specifics as to why. Makes me doubt the integrity of the TH-cam channel a bit.
They are a NZ appliance brand, no doubt they will have financial incentive to place such heavy focus. Just skip through the vids lol I've never watched it complete@@asthecrowflies1411
I checked out your TH-cam channel, but it looks like you haven't finished it yet. If it's going to be better than this, I am really looking forward to seeing it!

“Within constraints can be tremendous freedom,” is a beautiful mindset
What a fantastic house. Congratulations to the lucky owners
It really is!

Local Project always delivers! Been here since the beginning and I’m proud of how much you’ve accomplished. 😇
Thank you so much! 😇
What a great home. The simplicity of the look belies the complexity of putting that altogether. Very well done.

The simplicity of this home makes it very outstanding, with that kind of view is very breathtaking. Thank you Local Project
Amazing Designing and good HOME TOUR
Magnificent! Kudos to the one who achieve a remarkable balance between simplicity and sophistication of this home. 🥰🥰
Great work, simple palette and form.....also nice having a client with a chiller full of veuve clicquot !
I see we have one commenter who wants to see more of Andrew, and another who wants more walk-through...

Love the exterior...the wall especially...its like an art 😊😊😊
You people make me hate my home-and I think I live in a pretty snazzy place, lol. So beautiful. Wonderful video.
As always, beautiful presentation and beautiful house.
This is so beautuful! Production of these videos are always flawless and the houses are stunning. Love the interplay between the two "halves"
The best project, l have ever seen!
Really nice!
I love this!
Stunning!
Also it's funny how fast I get used to NZ's es thanks to Taskmaster panel show :D
Es hermosa, la unión de materiales es cálida. Funcional y acogedora propiedad. Bella en su exterior, íntima y amable en su interior. Gracias
Another amazing TLP home!
Glad you enjoy it!
Superb 👏🏻
Beautiful House, buut the tennis court 😂😂🙈
My thoughts exactly🫣😂
It’s beautifully done and you could drop it anywhere in Canada and it would look like it belongs

@@PiefacePete46 we will take inspiration from it 😉
Sound quality’s great this time, but I would’ve liked to have seen more of Andrew
Definitely. Andrew is a big guy. Lot to see.
❤❤❤

They say God is in the details and this one is an example.
Beautiful home ...How ever did the stair with no barrier from falling get signed off by council ?
That would make me nervous, personally! Very cool concept, though.
The elegant simplicity of the stair completely conceals how difficult it must have been to achieve.
Na to nemám peníze...
Ani když prodám dům...
To budu muset ještě hooooooooodne vydělat.
how can I know the under key budget of this project? land area, building area, building material cost, furnishing, landscaping...

@@PiefacePete46 maybe you are right! Though, I felt that they extended that term to the austere design of the property
I consider this kind of floor (made of uneven bricks) very dangerous. It is easy to trip and get injured.
Неймовірно прекрасно
Where are the SkyLights from?
Such a long fisher & paykel ad

I did not find it overly intrusive or offensive... many TH-cam videos carry advertising in some form.
I was traumatised by the ghastly appliances@@PiefacePete46
@@asthecrowflies1411😊❤😊❤😊😊😊😊
Too much jibber jabber. Not enough walk through allowing the house to speak for itself.
ну ни хрена не вписалась очередная бездуховная коробка в ландшафт
ты просто не шаришь
I could do better than that.
