As a British person interested in firefighting, I see that you have Bristol clothing, made in the UK, to US fire protection standards of course. They're now part of MSA. They supply a lot of UK brigades. Most UK brigades now have beige clothing, usually PBI Gold. I assume your blue helmet means you're also EMS.
I was searching for a demo on the turnout gear because the way I saw it explained I thought the whole clothing were turned inside out. I was reading a romance with firefighters and they were explaining the gear and everything else and in the story they were looking for a little girl. She got trapped under several Christmas trees that were on fire and when the firefighter got to her the bundle of trees came tumbling down on them and the PASS device started because they couldn't get out. I have a question though: Do you see enough without your glasses when you wear your gear? Thanks for sharing this, Nicole

The bunker pants (leggings or overtrousers in UK ) are partially inside out, at the top.
How much does all your gear weigh?
Not sure about other places, but in canada and the US our full gear can weight about 50 to 75 pounds
