I roast/heat the paste for 4-5 min on low flame.this way it lasts longer.

Don't make date paste with milk if you want to store it for a long time. the shelf life will be less if you make it with milk

1-2 tsp of dates paste can be given plain, or you can use it as a sweetener. Stays good for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Sis can i mix in formula milk for 7 months baby...bcz she s not at all drinking milk...nd tell us gud dates in market
it is better not to mix anything with formula milk. Medjool dates variety is good.
