My cure for anxiety is similar. I love hanging up 25 feet off the side of a tree in the late fall/early winter watching the leaves turn and then fall….and having all the animals in the woods passing by, seeing the first snowfall, and feeling the temperature change….nature has a way of clearing your mind, relieving your stress and generally making things right!

One thing I've learned from watching your masterpieces, is to prep more and more. I live now in the Tropics where hurricanes are frequent. I don't want friends in the States to see me standing in rescue lines begging for water, food,,,.
It's so enjoyable to watch yours and your pup's adventures...he really seems to have a good time with you while you work, and then he runs off for a bit to be a dog in the wild😊...and meets up with you, his human, for meals and sleeping...and warmth...thank you for sheltering him and thank you for letting us all into your world...
