So fun to just relax watch your video. And thank you for the Bible verse, be still and know that I am God. That was very helpful.

    Hi
I made your recipe, the cookies came out Delicious! Kids and adults loved them. I noticed that when I put the dough in the fridge for a few hours because I had to go out and had time to only make a dozen before I left, they were puffier than the one I made right away after the batter was done.
Also, I personally will reduce the sugar by 2 tablespoons next time as I found it slightly sweet.
    Thank you for sharing 😊

    Hi
Thanks for the recipe. I will make this.
Could you let us know at what speed was the ankarsrum when you first blended the butter and sugar? It seemed so fast.😊

I set it to its fastest speed to really incorporate the butter and honey granules. I think you will enjoy these cookies, my husband says I should call them mini cakes because they are so fluffy!

Can we freeze them once cooked and cooled?
If so, how would you do that, and for how long do you think can they stay in the freezer?
    Thank you.

Yes, I freeze bread all the time! I have plastic bread bags I bought at Walmart. Or just a large enough ziplock style freezer bag. They are good for at least a month.

Oh no, I’m sorry! Did you cool the dough balls in the fridge before baking, it helps mine? Even freezing the dough balls first.
