Ingredients-
2 brown bread slices
1/4 cup sugar (50 g )
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup milk powder (100 gm)
1 tbsp con flour (optional)
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp pistachio
Pinch of saffron or food color
FOR RABDI
1 cup premix +1 cup milk
Cup size 200 ml
FOR MATKA KULFI/ FALUDA
1 cup Premix +1.5 cup milk
FOR MILK BOTTLE
1 cup Premix +3 cups milk +1.5 tbsp sugar
Milk koi bhi use kr sakte ho, premix room temperature pr bhi store kr sakte ho
