You're right, in my opinion the front end of the 69 coronet is the coolest, how It gets taller towards the outside in the headlight area.

There is no way thats 850h.p. car! We run a 69'roadrunner weights in at 3,080 wit driver and a 588ci. Predator headed wedge with 14:1 and 4.56gears motor made 912hp and 929lbs torque and I'm churning out 8.30's- 8.50's at 140-150mph. Even if he was all steel full interior he should be pulling 9's with 850hp. We pulled 10's with a 540hp motor at 3,300lbs and 4.56gears, 4,400rpm stall. Anyway bout it love a Mopar and props on that end.

where does it say 8 sec? V8 is the engine not time
The most accurate way to measure H.P. is with the E.T.. If you know the weight of the car with driver you can tell the exact H.P. put to the ground on that run. That was no 850hp run.
Vehicle with driver is about 4000 lbs and the ET was 10.4, which comes out to 703 HP at the rear wheels. Add for transfer loss of 20% and you get 844 HP at the flywheel.

+Plymouth roadrunner You need the trap speed. Assuming it ran 100mph it would be 310 at the rear wheels. Let me know the trap speed and I can give you the exact power for that run. This gives you actual power put to the ground which is why its more accurate, if your tires slip it still gives the power used at the ground.

@Travis Bickle that is a heart wrenching story my brother. I cannot fathom how livid you'd've been and how much it hurts now. My dad had his Chargers gutted and parts stolen and chopped, but they were a 383 car and a 440 car. 1970 and 1971 so not too prized but they were his. That is what sucks about life in the hood.
My condolences, that really hurts to hear.

1968. You can tell by the taillights and the trunk how it has the raised rib in the exact center. 1969 didn't have that. The 1968 Coronet is one of the best looking Mopars ever...
