Anyone here know what PC setup is required to play this game? I have a Mac and don't fully understand what the process is to make this game compatible on a PC. I know there's Windows 7, 8 and 10?...or something like that but what PC and apps would I need to buy/download/install to play Post Scriptum and Escape from Tarkov???
I kinda like the 1 life thing, makes people think about their decisions. And at the end it makes it more intense if does end up being that both teams have the around the same number of people in the end.
They are definitely not realistic, 2 teams of 40 and nobody respawns? Yeah sure it's realistic if operation market garden only contained 40 troops on each side... By default respawning to simulate reinforcements is more realistic
Karma, you might not like this but it was entertaining watching you not take command and only command a squad, but than it was even better at the end when command did die and you took the role. Its hard to not control everything
From my military experience, I’d like to say that his squad would be a lot more effective if he wasn’t being pointman and leader. He needs to have someone else be pointman so he can focus on what his men are doing and pointman can focus on the fight. A couple of times, I saw him being pointman and checking his map which isn’t good when you are “holding the road” as everyone crosses. he is a really good leader though, don’t get me wrong.
I like this intro! Doesn't spoil anything, shows how you arrived to the hotspot, sets the mood. I always scrambled to skip them when they showed some action.
The scene at 1:30 feels really cute/funny to me with you guys watching the planes fly by getting shot down in awe like you're on a tour or something xD hahaha or like some kids stargazing at the skies xD
I think it would be really interesting experiment if you where to do this again but only SL's could use Command radio and local voice, while everyone else had to use local chat. ie if SL wanted to talk to his squad he can only use local chat. I think it would make for some really interesting combat and tactics, as its very easy to call out enemy to everyone and when everyone has a radio and can be 300m apart from one another. It would probably turn into a cluster fuck, but it would be an interesting experiment to try out sometime.
There are some units in PS that do events with only local comms and the radio men in discord together are the only ones that can communicate without being in close proximity.

I just discovered this game today. Is it just me, or does this slaughter the entirety of FPS games over the last 10-15 years? If it plays half as well as it looks and sounds, this shit is already legendary!
It does look good here, I haven’t played it in over a year but it was really rough then. Squad is made by the same devs and everything, it’s the same gameplay in a modern setting but WAAY more polished. I would recommend getting it first.
Hey man if you're leading send in point men in instead cause if you die they lose direction, also grenades are the most logical first step when attempting a building clear situation. Just my opinion like your vids, but wanted to point it out
you should make it to wear you only have a radio man to contact other squads to make it more authentic that would be interesting on a tactical and logistical level just my opinion. thanks for the awesome content I really want to play your squad game keep up the awesome work man!!!!!
I just realized. How do the squads communicate with eachother? They can't have comms in their ears because they don't have that technology during ww2, they would need a radioman.
Hey Karma, I don't know how effective this idea is, but when you post a squad into buildings close to contact, is it possible to set garand users into windows facing contact and one or two Thompson users running security? Another thought is to pair up marksmen and lmgs. Lmgs as spotters and cqc defense?

@@Kelly-xp9lz or he could just control his LMGS like we do fr you SAW or in this case LMG is the most casualty producing weapon of the squad therefore the squad leader or team leader should be religiously controlling them

@@ebenswanepoel5475 Gamma controls brightness. The higher the Gamma the brighter it gets, the lower the Gamma the darker it gets. It's not called "Brightness" in games like this.
Your moving to unknown terrain/open field with no prior cover from your suppression team. That's why when you move to an open field, you get shot at while your whole team do not know where the shot came from. How bout setting up your suppression team first before moving up or crossing open fields. But nevertheless, nice video! Really immersive!
depends heavily on ur personal taste, because they basically the same game ( same engine, same developer etc ) , if u like more modern stuff, Squad, WW2 stuff, PS.
Hans Staufenberg I know it isn’t cheating but you can’t change gamma during online sessions cause I’ve tried just to make it a tad lighter during game play I would expect karma to give the full experience how it was meant to be played
XassassinTV true but if you are good at video editing you could of just lightened highlights of the video in stead of turning gamma up before starting the session

They didn't all get M1A1 carbines. In fact, most airborne infantrymen carried M1 Garands like standard infantry.

IT's eye adaption setting. Dark rooms will lighten up if it's day time map, and map will brighten up when it's night time.
