      Let come these thoughts and don't get anxious just be kindness and fear comes face it practically....
      In meditation hold your mind... Focus only on your breathing.... Breathe in and out.... Concentrate on the nose and observe the breathing how to goes in and out and don't miss it .. if u missed out due to your thoughts you start again focusing on your breathing

    People don’t realize the value of meditation until they actually submerge themselves into it. It’s a process, and you are a process.
    The people who say they can’t meditate are usually the ones who need it the most.

    • @vedicmysteryastrology7769
      @vedicmysteryastrology7769 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@Stress_._Free Slow breaths and very deep. You you wanna progressively slow the breath. But it is not a novice feature.
      What’s more important is that the breath is deep and full. most people don’t inhale to maximum capacity. Then exhale to maximum capacity.
      You shouldn’t go super slow you should go to a comfortable Pace and then every couple minutes slow it down down just a tad. This is a gradual process.

I had only been meditating for a week and suddenly, as I was chanting my mantra in my head, all the sounds around me went away and all I could hear was a high pitched sound and I felt as if I'd be lifted away if I continued to meditate that deeply. 😅 Now I'm more cautious!

    So one must understand not to suppress the thoughts, INSTEAD, observe them UNATTACHED. VERY WELL EXPLAINED. Really Appreciable. Thank you so much for your good words of advice. We can try.... Only the Time and Steady Thoughts that again directs us to perform it.

    Nice video but practicals are needed. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a habit to observe your breath day and night before sleep, at work, when travelling, when studying etc with eyes open or closed. Best wishes--Counsellor.

      @@RockstarMahiMusic24Gold It is very simple but never meditate with expectations but with self-awareness. You do not do meditation -it happens to you. Even now as I type this msg I am observing my breath but not continuously. If you have too much overthinking stay away from negative media and any negative friends. Talk less. Silence is very helpful to relax the mind. Best wishes and prayers are with you--Counsellor.

      @@chavale2 I am enjoying life because since the last 15 years I am busy, relaxed and successful as I have made it a habit to observe my breath anywhere-anytime day or night even during my normal activities. Once your mind and body are in control we are happy and can attract anything we want. Read more about positive effects of breathing on the mind on google. Best wishes.

    This Is what I think about when I meditate ... I sit in a lawn chair, on the beach, my feet in the sand. in front of me, sand dunes and the grass, the grass goes completely to the horizon. behind me the ocean, the ocean which is deep and and troubled below and calm on the surface. This is my subliminal in the sand to my right I draw with my finger words. Things I need to change things I need to alter a wave comes in takes the words from the beach deep into the ocean which is my subliminal, like orders from the captain of the bridge of a ship. To the left of me I draw in the sand words of encouragement, things I love about myself, related to the things on the right. And the wave comes in washes them into my subliminal. On the beach I see friends, family ,people I know in life .above me the clouds, as I imagine the clouds they take form of things I wish to manifest in my future. these clouds then float over the horizon and eventually come into my life..... This seat of power is a lawn chair on a beach......thank you.. hope this helps
