That is true, it was another thing to learn from...always check the sprayer and chemicals 😉 I was hoping it wasn't too much for y'all, but wanted to take you along for every min of it I could!! I REALLY Appreciate the input and feedback on tht camera work, that really helps!! It ended up with three total passes , always have to incorporate my fertilizer in before planting. Field conditions looked to be about perfect for working ground. Did you mix chemicals? No big deal to miss a few spots- I have done that plenty of times 😂
It really dried up quick, even the wet spot I got stuck a week earlier, was bine dry 😳 But hopefully some rain this weekend just in time, finally got seed in the ground. I did mix, but have always ran that same mix just in smaller sprayers. 🤔I honestly have no idea, maybe my agitation system needs a little upgrade, but I will sure check that next time!! I couldn't believe those beautiful strips I left 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Mr Chris for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍😉🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽

I ran same size disc with homemade drag on back ( pcs, of chain link fence) pulling with ih 856 ,,, 35 acres for picked corn,, grinding it for feed to sell,,, have a great day 😎

Yeap if you have pressure issues Check screen 1st. They are usually plugged. If you are running multiple chemicals, the white could be how you mix the chemicals. Some have to go in first and some have to go it last
I for sure noted that down, never dawned on me to check that screen 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Ahhh, I see that could very well be an issue, I have used the mixes before over the years, but always in alot smaller ratio and gallons. Never have let any sir over night either. I let it agitate for a good 20 mins, but with that screen clogged it wasn't really getting that pressure I'm sure it needed. Great camera work!! The primary chemical I think you were using in your burndown was originally invented as a tank cleaner. You've got a plastic tank that may have had residue from years prior you couldn't get off when you pressure washed it. Maybe that was the issue especially if you let it sit overnight. That burndown has a reputation for bringing out chemicals that are imbedded in the tank and booms. For example, my sprayer tank was stained internally from spraying fungicide at the end of last year, it got cleaner by the load as I was spraying burndown this year. I don't know how cold it was when you sprayed but it would be really odd if that was your issue, that would be the first I have ever heard of that.... Regardless, nothing you can't fix with another pass of the disc!!! Good video!

Burn down looked pretty good in some spots. Yeah, think them chemicals need to be sprayed in warm weather. May also want to get some give of tank cleaner to make sure you flush everything out. Some chemicals don't mix well together.
It wasn't bad, a learning curve for sure!! I should have ran tank cleaner in it on top of washing. Hadn't been used in years, figured things were descent 🤦🏻♂️ I think that substance congealed and wasn't letting the pressure agitate like it should to remix. Angle your passes and it will level the ground much better even if it is a small field. Also if you have a chisel plow now would be the time to use it...
I did go back and cut at an angle the second pass, OCD 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I am searching for a field cultivator for the future. I have a chisel, wish I would have had it ready. All in all it did pretty good, seed went in last week. Fingers crossed, but lots of unknowns and rookie moves. May be a busy, but valuable lesson!s!! Burn down looked pretty good in some spots. Yeah, think them chemicals need to be sprayed in warm weather. May also want to get some give of tank cleaner to make sure you flush everything out. Some chemicals don't mix well together.
It wasn't bad, a learning curve for sure!! I should have ran tank cleaner in it on top of washing. Hadn't been used in years, figured things were descent 🤦🏻♂️ I think that substance congealed and wasn't letting the pressure agitate like it should to remix. Angle your passes and it will level the ground much better even if it is a small field. Also if you have a chisel plow now would be the time to use it...
I did go back and cut at an angle the second pass, OCD 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I am searching for a field cultivator for the future. I have a chisel, wish I would have had it ready. All in all it did pretty good, seed went in last week. Fingers crossed, but lots of unknowns and rookie moves. May be a busy, but valuable lesson!s!!
