This guitar solo is strongly influenced by TSUGARU SHAMISEN (津軽三味線).
TSUGARU is a old place name and the band's hometown,
and the SHAMISEN is a traditional Japanese musical instrument.
TSUGARU SHAMISEN is characterized by its unique playing style,
and can be said to be a very rock-like type of Japanese traditional music.

I think you'll find the English wikipedia page for Ningen Isu (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ningen_Isu) very informative, it has their complete discography with translated titles and track listings, along with a short history of the band. An interesting next song would be "Ougon no Yoake" which is from the 90's but there is a 2015 live performance video online. You might be the first person to react to that one.
One other band you may want to check out is Onmyo-Za, a Japanese band who cite Judas Priest and Rush among their many influences. They've been playing for 25 years. "AKKI~ HOUGAN (Live RAIJIN RAIBU)" or " Haou (LIVE)" would be good choices.

    The “g” is always hard.
Watch a very young NINGEN ISU (SUZUKI has long hair!) playing a killer cover of King Crimson's 21st Century Schizoid Man - th-cam.com/video/zaq6fbYYzXI/w-d-xo.html

Please, correct the title: NINGEN ISU with a 'G'.
