The kind of institutional capital that you're talking of, I am currently trying to build the same in my institution in my limited capacity and left the rest to god. Directing my energies and that of fellow team members towards a mission is not an easy task, but I have started getting returns in terms of knowledge, and I am hoping in future it would also be profitable and give us sustainability. I wondered in 200x times why infosys and TCS and all other companies who made billions did not intend or talk inspiring Indian youth to make country migrate from service oriented to product oriented 😢. Sir please keep talking about this and help inspire young people
