It probably depends on your user journey. I've just bought 3 IKEA KALLAX shelves and one didn't work as expected. So IKEA does not work EVERY time :) I actually don't know what is, nothing is perfect and any service or product has its own soft spots.

The difference Sridhar is that IKEA is 'practical' and it works EVERY time, sadly Zoho does not work many times with many of it's products 😡
