the most powerful sentence I have heard "you probably met the dark night of the soul when you hated your twin" , yes well Hated is the wrong term I tried to hate my twin, and the dark night of the soul went into overdrive then I met the false one (or rather she re appeared again, first appeared shortly before me and the twin first parted company for a long time) I was researching narcissism and its like the universe said..."hey you are wrong THIS is is a narcissist" and my false twin bombastically reappeared on a love bombing offensive.
