Madam is scrubber se bartan k andar to saf kar sakte h but ydi triply k Bahar side se ydi ye scrubber use kare to bartan ki bahri shining khrab ho jati h isliye wo scrubber jisme soft aur hard dono attach ho unse saf kre, mere triply to aaj tak chamak rhe.

Hello Ma'am. I have a question. My stainless steel idli cooker got burnt today. Actually all the water evaporated and the cooker was on the flame without water in it. The vessel got burnt inside and outside. I tried the vinegar hotwater and soda tip, the burnt residue got cleant but the color of the vessel got dark golden on one side inside the vessel and at the bottom as well. I tried the same above tip but the color of the vessel is not changing. Please reply. This is a new idli cooker from softel company that i purchased a month ago.

The dark golden colour will fade slowly, it occurs coz idli cooker is light in weight, specially the walls are made up from very thin sheet and burnt quickly as compared to triply cooker n Kadhai.
Repeat the cleaning process 3-4 time for perfect results
