Mohd Hairil you can always tell real BBS vs fake. Look under the center cap for the stamp.

I have a set of 2007 STI/BBS 17' rims that will be used for my winter tires (I live in Minnesota). The problem is I don't the center caps (none came with the rims). The opening is 67.1mm and I can't seem to find the Black w/Gold BBS letters in my size.Any help in finding them would help. Thanks in advance for any assistance.Jerry

Actually I put a set of ASA AR1 black wheels with the chrome lip and I bought real BMW center caps which actually we're almost as much as the wheels themselves for my BMW 325 and everyone stops me and asks where I got the wheels or they look Great.
Little do they know I paid $80 each for those wheels but they do look bad ass.

BBS actually licensed their designs to ASA. So if you like BBS but can't afford the real thing, ASA is your next best bet. ASA are cast, not forged, so they're heavier and not as strong. They're also not multi-piece wheels like the original BBS designs. I actually looked at buying ASA wheels w/ tires new from tire rack for my TSX, but I found a deal on these used BBS RS-GT's with good tires for about the same price. BBS/ASA are great looking wheels that won't go out of style.

Why would I spend 4-5 grand on a set of BBS wheels, on an everyday daily. Only to have it be destroyed with rock chips, curve rash, and wear and tear from daily driving, when I could pay $1,200 for a set of 4 JNC 004S wheels, cost a portion of the price, looks good, and not have to worry about it hitting a pothole or bump on the road. If you wanna spend over $2,000 on wheels, that's your business not everybody else's. I had knock off wheels before, drove over medians twice, hit the curve when parking, and not once did it crack. Whereas a real wheel would fall apart, the minute it hits a hard impact.

So what is your opinion... I have a real set off BBS but they have no centercaps. SO I was gonna order fake stickers off ebay and put them on replacement blank caps??? The wheels are 100% genuine though!
