Actually, the idea of a diy version of this sounds like a fun aunt way to entertain kids for an afternoon. As long as it was supervised I can see kids going nuts. Especially if you get a bunch of diverse cookie cutters.
That is a kit of festival food that it's sweet and tasty, and still, is a lot of fun, you make corn, chocolate dipped bananas, apples of love and fries!
I made the sushi gummy one and it all tasted really faint. It didn't taste very sweet, they nailed the smells though. The rice smelled like cotton candy, the tamago like lemon, the tuna like cherries, and the roe like orange. The roe was the only enjoyable part of eating it for me bc I just enjoy that texture. But everything else was crumbly and spongy. I recommend making it because it was really fun, but I wouldn't eat it. 6/10

the grippy and like textured side of the packet is used to rip it diagonal. Its easier than just cutting it bit doesn't give a clear cut.
