- Welcome back to Pro Shop. I started this week latching the alloy hard lid however the Aeromotive fuel pump and Holley laser fuel sender showed up so I decided to finish the tank instead. In the last video I fabricated the tank and in this video I mount it. To finish it off I fit the filler neck, fuel pump hanger, sender and finally tig weld it together.

I could watch you do this stuff all day. Well. Not literally because that would get weird. You’d get annoyed because I’m not even sweeping or making cups of tea.
I’ll just watch the episodes on rotation maybe. Yeah. Thats a bit better and less weird.
Also I can’t get my head around how you gets results like your some sort of robot with lasers for eyes. Measuring everything to absolute perfection. It’s better than any manufacturer would ever make. Maybe this channel is the closest thing we have on TH-cam to Project Binky level fabrication.
Thank you for another fascinating episode. I am so impressed with your attention to detail. I am looking forward to the next episode and yes, I have the notification bell on. Cheers
You're one hell of a fabricator mate!! Great job 👍
Absolute perfection on the fuel tank just like every bit of fabrication you undertake. So much thought and skill has gone into the very time consuming fabrication of the fuel tank. looking forward to the next episode. Thanks for great and fascinating content.
Blown away with the quality. 15 out of 10.
You are doing a great job, should be very proud of yourself. You always have to remember that if we are here watching you then we love what you are doing and can appreciate your skills.
Amazing💪 love watching a craftsman at work
Looks beautiful and how it integrates with the rest of the fab work on the Ute is a work of art 👌
Excellent work as usual 👌🏼 would you have time to do a short video on tig welding settings for aluminium and some tips? Keep up the great content 👍🏻

Thanks, another great video. Darn you got me looking at the odd EH in the "for sales". Gotta dream, right?
Good stuff. I always enjoy it 🙂.
You are the GOAT Pete
Beautiful work man 👌
Love your videos, keep them coming
If only HK-T-G's had that deflector inside the tank. I'd hate to think how many litres of fuel spilled out going around right hand corners 🙄. Keep up the fine work
Great content, very neat fabrication & tig welding. Are you going weld a boss on for drain plug to drain any bad fuel.
Love your work but if it's an RBEH why does it have an EJ fuel filler door? Was this the client or is if an RBEJ. Either way your fabrication is next level. Cheers Billy
great work thanks for sharing.
63 year old boilermaker / amateur ali tig welder here , i can count the number of my nice looking tig welds on 1 hand and at least 3 fingers left over , whilst the quality of your welds shit on mine i can see there not the instagram dime stacked photogenic kind , do you not care / waste of your time/ sand it latter/ ? or is it im not a robot so don't expect robot welds ive fabbed a few things done few cold side turbo inlets ( chinese tube ) all worked didnt leak but still look like shit. will you linish and polish the tank later or is it good to go ?beautiful ute beautiful job , its a credit to your skills
