hey thanks, were getting married my girlfriend is in Poland Sam in Netherland, sent her my all documents and she said after we were approved for a coming date but there is no document for the wedding date she said they just told her by mouth literally I don't have any evidence
Hmmm, I can't remember right now if I was given a document as proof of date, I think I was told the date, month , time, and place. However, a few weeks before the date, I received an email for some formalities confirming my number of guests. If I needed some music from them and all.

The whole ceremony took like 15mins, The judge will read your rights, ask you to read your vows, exchange rings , a little advice and done 😊

If you are from Nigeria walk to any Allianz insurance company office close to you because they are everywhere for your travel insurance, two years is more than enough for that.

You can marry, as far as you are both legal in Poland, either as a temporary resident or permanent resident.

I guess so, but know that each countries have a different rules and exceptions. i would confirm from the US embassy here in Poland to be sure.

But if you have a religious marriage, like in a church, you can skip this whole civil marriage thing.
That is if the church can give you a legal certificate. Only catholic churches here in Poland can give you that, because they are connect with the Polish marriage law. So if you do it in other churches your certificate will not be recognized here Poland.
