I really hate when people post videos and they don’t show the actual part that you really want to replace yes I do appreciate he showed the process of removing the bumper what type of tools are needed all this I know I need to see the process how to replace the light ballast
Never mind. Just replaced all the headlights on my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Took about 10 minutes and only had to remove 2 pins on each side that held the lights in.
i’ve never seen anybody take half of the car apart to change a headlight bulb or a parking light bulb you can take a few screws out of the wheel well cover, pull it back, or just take it off and access changing the bulb from there all of five minutes Guess that’s one of the dealership cost so much because they go the long way
You don’t have to take the front end off to change the bulbs . This is only if you need to replace the headlamp . This is false . I guess this is why to many people get suckered for 600$ for changing light bulb.
@@ghostmarketing2001 I have no mechanical background, 39 year old female and just replaced my bulb today. Didn’t have to go through half of this. Only came here because I had condensation issues. But to change your bulbs are easy.
I had to come check out video!! My coworker said her bulbs can only be removed by a mechanic because it has to be lift AND they charge A LOT. Thank the Lord for these comments
I change my bulbs myself and have never had to do all of this. Simply turn your wheel, unscrew and remove pushpins near tire and use something to help prop it open while changing bulbs
@@ThisIsMyTH-camName1 thank u I am gonna tell my coworker. She been driving w 1 bulb working and says the car needs to be lifted and they charge her ALOT
OMG, he didn't show how to change the headlight at 4:35 of the video. He shows unplugging and immediately goes to putting it back together without showing how to put the headlight in. You have to be kidding me. He was very clear on the rest of the video . Is it so easy it needs no explanation? I'm afraid I will get it all apart and then not know how to proceed.

Once the transmission is out, the bulb is right there. 👌🏼👍🏼
So many people misunderstanding the video... this isn't for bulb replacement, it is for replacing the entire assembly.

I think I will turn my wheel in , then remove 5 screws inside of wheel well for access, 👍 done
Wow! This is called afterthought engineering at its best.
I'm just glad the motor didn't need to be removed.. I knew GM would make the Enclave easy to work on!
HUH?!!!!! Take the entire car apart to change a bulb?!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
An easier way would be to trade the car and never buy a Buick again.
Never has it been sp easy to change your headlights

He is replacing the headlight assembly - not the bulb.
Thanks for the Common Core way to change the light bulb, did you even change the light bulb???
Is this a joke? I just need to change the headlight 🤷🏼♀️

I'll just take the engine and transmission out, easier access, less headache 👻🙄
How many mechanics does it take to change a light bulb? How far we digress.
Great video. Saved me money. I'm gonna try it. ❤
Thx for expertise
Very well done video, thank you!
“Honey it’s gonna take me like 10 minutes to change out your headlamp, tops. Let me just watch this video first to make sure.”
🤯
I agree after everything I've done to this car I absolutely hate it I will never buy another one again

Then how do you propose getting to the low beam light bulb without removing the bumper? By all means.... enlighten me.
@@ghostmarketing2001 The high and low beam bulb r the same bulb !

My 2011 Malibu had to have the bumper off and headlights out

I think I'll just replace my car if the headlights burn out.
How much can I charge for this job ?
What a load of bs just to change a bulb🙄
Off to the mechanic I go!
Holyshit!!! why not just buy a new car!
you are the best
Another Great video But I wouldve tested the light before i put the entire car back together
All that to change a headlight??
Geez O Pete’s

You can literally reach in from the top after partially lifting the top covet to replace the bulbs. There isn't much room, but I've done it twice
I wanted to change the headlights (not the bulbs) in my wife's car. I think I'll just jack the radiator cap up and put a new car under it.
Maan, forget buicks

Wait! You forgot to remove the power steering pump, and take apart radiator.
I don’t have the tools or patience for all that. So you tell me all this is needed just to change a build which he never changed
This is bat shit crazy, just to take out a headlight.
😊😊😊😊😊😊
Thats the stupidest thing iv ever seen for a fkn light bulb
*ENGINEERS* ☕
Dude I just want.to put new bulbs in. The headlight assembly is fine.
