I think the reverb version sounds more epic, the less reverb one just sounds condensed to me and well... dryed... This sounds like it's echoing throughout the entire bay, which makes it even more epic. That said both should be public videos since I don't discriminate what the viewer likes.
I can't stop listening to this. This is utterly fantastic. I first listened to it on my laptop and it sounded a little cluttered, but on proper speakers it's just mindblowingly epic! It really captures the chaotic nature of the place :D
The section of this world where you're inside the ship (with all the propellors, pipes and fans) is the hardest part of this entire game. What awesome music though!
I hate Microsoft for raping Rareware!!! Best years of my childhood were surrounded by their masterpieces! R.I.P. original rareware!!! (and good call for quitting Stamper bros, bit too late though)!!! P.s.: Amazing job Gooseworx! Both versions are incredible! I like the reverb here more than the lesser reverb version! Keep up the great stuff mate!!!
First thing you have to realize is that I was born in 1993, which means I'd have had the game for 3 years by 2002, when I was 9. Banjo Kazooie was always my favorite series, I must've beaten in 6 or 7 times before trying to sit down and play it in one day. It's not that hard of a game man, if you play it enough you get a sense of where everything is and how not to die. Hell, I picked up the game six months ago after taking a 4 year break and beat it in 8.5 hours
I just 100% Completed it today! 900 Notes, 100 Jiggies, 24 Empty Honeycombs, all 3 cheato codes, red health bar, all cauldrons, everything! It took me (playing for about 2 hours each day) 4 days.
Omfg why can't Rare just go back to being Rareware and remake their classics so that we can have HD BK and BT levels and have epic music like this??? :'( (I know why, I'm just saying) Excellent job Gooseworx! :)
As pre-stated, there's way too much reverb. If you could ease on the reverb, this would have been just perfect! Out of curiosity, what program do you use to make these songs? I myself am a music maker, but not as good quality as you are.
XD no, let them give a try (indicate them the engine room entrance too, that'll be fun). Man when I got the game at age 6 or so I was so freakin' proud getting the 100 notes all by myself... ah good times :D
I love alot of your rearrangements man, nicely timed out and everything. My only subtle complaint is that theres too much reverb. Im not sure if you were trying to go for a "live symphonic" feel, but even THAT's not as heavy on the reverb unless you're hearing from like outside the theater haha. Much better than the stuff I remix.
Being a CoD lover has little to do with BK. I got BK when it came out and (sadly) beat it in one 6 hour sitdown by the time I was 9, only dying once, on this map. I love practically all games, including CoD, and cannot see where the second part of your comment becomes relevant
***** Its not that we hated the less reverb one, we just liked the option to listen to both, and yeah, I have to admit, I liked this better, I saw no problem with it, actually.
That engine room... with the bottomless pit, the spinning slippery pipe walkways and killer propellors... it still haunts me to this day...
Tip: Don't fall
I´ve worked inside an engine room and, believe me, it sounds pretty much like this

I agree, princess molestia. Epic all around as they say :D

I have to say, unlike some people here, that this is amazing! It's so unique, with the loud sounding instruments
I don't really think i'll ever regret subscribing to Gooseworx.
This helped me spontaneously draw a new character. xD
You did a good job. Can't stop listening to it. :D
The violin solo gives it such an awesome unique feeling and look! I really loved it actually ^~^
Rusty Bucket Bay... where boys become men.
CoD lovers, turn back. Ye lack the skill to proceed.
Hadn´t thought about it, it´s just like being an actual sailor
Too much reverb = perfect
All of your work is freakin' amazing. Seriously.
this level did my fucking head in. getting all the tune notes and going inside the ship.

Disappointed?! This is the best remix of Rusty Bucket Bay I've heard!
can i have a version with triple the reverb
i really don't see, or rather hear, what the problem with this version is. it sounds just as great as with "less" reverb.
Dont say sorry for this! It is really good. A few constructive comments dont make it bad.
Gawd I love this version, so good to me.

Me too
I was born in 03 and didn't play Banjo-Kazooie until 2015. I then played Tooie and both became some of the best games ever made for me
I just 100% Completed it today! 900 Notes, 100 Jiggies, 24 Empty Honeycombs, all 3 cheato codes, red health bar, all cauldrons, everything! It took me (playing for about 2 hours each day) 4 days.
Once you know what to do, it's easy. I recently did it in 6 hours, 100% completion, no deaths.
Actually I really liked the violin solo ^^
This is so incredible.
This is just epic....love it!!!!! TTwTT
I actually like it very much, it's very different from previous Orchestrations from BK
I especially enjoy the part from 1:40
This is amazing! =D Very nicely done!
Omfg why can't Rare just go back to being Rareware and remake their classics so that we can have HD BK and BT levels and have epic music like this??? :'(
(I know why, I'm just saying)
Excellent job Gooseworx! :)
Could you tell me why they can't?
Rare was never Rareware. It was always Rare, Rareware was just a term used to describe games made by them.
Fun fact: The ship in Rusty Bucket Bay isn't called the Rusty Bucket. It's called the H.M.S. Gruntilda.
funny you should say that about the violin that might be my favorite part! haha
this is so cool!! any chance of a score to show us?
To all those who got shafted by the propeller shafts in the engine room, I feel your pain. 😔
*im gonna munch, I’m gonna crunch*

fantatic..........

I think he was making a joke about CoD being much easier than BK? I haven't played CoD so i wouldn't know how hard it is
OOOOOOOOO MYYYYYYYY!!!! OOOO MYYYY!! x3
A little too much reverb. Other than that, it's perfect!
May I ask what font that is in the picture?
THE BEST!!!!!!!!
@ilovemyroc I don't have HD whistle samples.
@Gooseworx Well sorry, I meant no disrespect. The horns were always a major part of the theme though.
@Gooseworx There are?
5 persons died into the engine room :D
TyrionsStorys They just pressed the wrong button.
Then they died...
Or they slipped and fell off one of the moving girder thingys...
+555redkid Or failed to get to the jiggy on time, or in one piece!!!
This is goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood
Gooseworx has already published a less reverb version of this song. i suggest you go and watch it
Best thing ever!!!
Epic!
i have no idea what reverb means or what it is, probably cause im not a music major, but it does sound the same
It's when the sound appears to echo.
Reverb is the effect used to make sounds echo.
@Gooseworx That really sucks. Every remix I've heard has been lacking the stages signature horns.
WTF is this EPIC sh*t?
F**K Yea! I love it!
Nice
***** Its not that we hated the less reverb one, we just liked the option to listen to both, and yeah, I have to admit, I liked this better, I saw no problem with it, actually.
How fast can you play Rusty Bucket Bay?
Yeah, it's really cool, but the instruments are faint and they mesh together, so it's not as awesome as it could have been.
Mykiio O don't forget the polluted water!
What The Difference between this and the Less Reverb version
This has more reverb. Duh
1 person hates propellers.
p.s. i
tooooooo much reverb! great job though.
@LulzFactory91 he's nuts and bolts! L0L fail joke FTW.
Oh, Rusty Bucket Bay, you are the worst stage ever, but your music is so epic...and now it's even better. But a bit on the short side...WHO CARES!
I once heard Rusty Bucket Bay described as an upgraded Clanker's Cavern. I agree.
not as good as your other remixes to be honest, it lacks the punch that it requires. still pretty good though.
Not as brassy as it should. Big downside there imho
Still amazing ;)
who comed for dynablocks/ROBLOX
...?
i did
Waaaaay too much reverb.
@Gooseworx How dare you try to be original! You should try to sound exactly like everyone else! Only the best sound like some other guy!
