Very nice ! I am working on a 1966 ca160 ,the wires are brittle at several locations on the frame . I rather do my own wiring instead of buying a new harness wiring . What gauge wires should i get 16 or 18 ? Thanks
I have a question I’m in the middle of doing a wiring harness on a 1971 Honda cb450 having trouble hooking up the coils to the new harness the bike is custom , so my question is do both wires on the points go to the positive source ? And the condenser as well?
Im in the middle of rewiring my 72 cl350 and wanted to confirm that the green ground coming off the harness near the condenser doesn't connect to anything right?
Your such a blessing for a guy like me. There's no way I could do this without your videos. Thank you so much
So awesome to hear that! Glad you’re finding the videos useful. Best of luck with your restoration.
Dude yes love your video, I'm re-wiring a 72 cb350 and this is helping a ton!
That’s awesome, man!
Brian. A great wiring vid. Simplify the Spaghetti Jungle.
It helped so much!

I’m not sure what they are. Something to investigate for sure.

Correct. There’s that double black female.
Is this wiring process the same for a ‘75 cb400f?
I’d assume it’s very similar. Not sure why they’d change the color coding.

Is it a green ground? Trying to recall. Are you upgrading to an electronic ignition?
It does not. I just was looking at a bike. There is one unused green which I have no clue what it is for.
Who doesn’t love wiring. 😅
We all love wiring!
great
Thanks, man.
