Not only that, but they're eager to cause some destruction, so at least Junkrat is twitchy with his enthusiasm.
I totally love his reload animation too, it shows he is skilled with his weapon and quick (fast slap to the magazine to get it off) but he doesn't care about it enough for it to look badass.

Because some people really appreciate and observe super small detail
Its actually quite nice to see how they pose and animate the details of a character from a design perspective. Ovw does it really well so it’s really good learning material
sui s You can actually learn a lot about the characters too. Just from the small details. Reaper holds his guns out from him, carelessly. Soldier holds his tightly and professionally. Widowmaker embraces hers, caresses it. Junkrat keeps one hand free so he can throw bombs and traps at a moment's notice. Zarya has her fingernails painted pink. All of those little details speak volumes about the characters without saying a word.
