The song isn't about suicide, the song is about "Imposter Syndrome", by the quote in the song "I feel fear for the very last time" it means he's leaving his emotions to be who his fans want him to be and expect him to be. He's lying about himself about who he is. He has all this fame but feels like he doesn't deserve it. He also feels like his fans are giving him too much power and choosing quality or quantity. By "too much power" that means his fans are saying "do whatever you want", which makes him feel like everything he does just earns him money without actually doing much effort because of his fans giving him too much power and that makes him feel like what he does is just giving him money without much effort, like Midas the god. Everything he touches turns gold, he gets rich without any effort. Also, when he says "I'm losing touch, you get me?".
He's saying that like mentioned, Midas, he's losing touch with his fans and surrounded by fame and fortune, and no longer feeling like he's part of humanity, but like a god. "..they let me lie to them..." mean that his fans are not even suspecting anything about what he's saying and just believes him without any evidence of what he said was true or not.

Everyone saying this is all about suicide, but they're mostly missing the point: the song tells the story of a musician. He starts off rejecting any and all criticism, grows cocky and gets fame and money quickly, developing a mild drug addiction. After some time he develops a big fanbase but on doing so loses his integrity and feels disconnected from what he does, from the content he puts out and the fans that follow him. His addiction worsens and, eventually, falls into a depression. His pursuit of money and fame ends with him feeling lonely and lost, leading to his eventual suicide.
Now that I think about it, this might actually be a reference to the 27 club.

VIDEO INTERPRETATION:
The whole video is a metaphor, based upon the lyrics, that for him, his life was perceived better than it actually was, same goes for the animals in the vid, since the characters in the game were exactly the same as the animals in real life except considered “better”, just like with the guys life,

Is the song not about Suicide? I kinda thought that was obvious. That’s how I Perceived it at least, you know, jumping off buildings, staying underwater for prolonged times, pain pills, and not to mention purposely going down a bad path. He ruined his life, or something else did atleast. He takes pills, but they don’t work. He DROVE(car) himself down a BAD PATH(hence the sign at the start). He pursued his day, trying to die, but his conscious wouldn’t let him drown, and he sped in his car, attracting officers. He then drove into a cave for seemingly no reason. When blocked by gnomes,(his conscious), he plowrs through them. He is fighting himself, with reasoning, and sheer willpower. He Feels fear for the very last time, as in, he has no fear to die, and now that he has, he physically can not anymore. Definitely something to think about.
Edit: not to mention lack of care of where he drove, attention to the road, or other surroundings he may have been around. Glad this comment sparked a great discussion!

I feel like this song is about a celebrity’s journey to suicide. In the beginning they’re confident and rich and new to fame. They’re sure of themselves and aren’t letting anything get to them. The second verse is after they’ve lived in fame for a while. The fame is getting to their head, but so is the pain. They get so caught up in the game that they lose themselves in their camera personality and forget their actual personality (“Is there a real me?”) They descend into insanity as they lose their personality and develop a God complex, and when it all become too much they commit suicide.

The weird thing is that person in the song talks about how high class and rich they are. In the Indian social structure the lowest class you can be is an untouchable.
