I think I like these Stranger Swings workouts now. 2 workouts in 1! Which means I can replay the video on my next kettlebell workout day and follow the one that I didn't do the first time through! With 2 of these videos that's enough for me to do a week's worth of kettlebell workouts (since I do about 3-4 KB workouts per week...every other day instead of daily to allow my body time to recover)
Absolutely loving this format. I train with 2 older individuals, one with arthritis in the hands and the other the knees. The ability to have them both work out together while avoiding painful exercises (push ups, squats etc) has been a huge motivator for them. Thank you for your knowledge and this gift
Alternate clean and press is diceptive..that extra swing gets You. Transition from squat,swing to snatch is mean lol. Loved the programming of the work out.
