That has got to be the worst repasting job I have seen. You left a frame of caked paste all around the die surface and the heatsink before applying a very generous dollop of fresh paste leaving nowhere for the surplus to spread out when you tighten the heatsink back onto the motherboard. That is going to leave a thicker layer of paste between heatsink and chip than otherwise and higher temps. Why go to all that trouble to strip a laptop down to the board only to do a half-arsed job? The only reason to do what you did is if you were going to use a conductive paste like AS5 but even then you would never have used anything like as much paste as you did and you would have applied it to the die surface and not the heatsink to make sure it didn't run over.
