Lost a ton of respect for the Inman brand as a whole after watching this. GK was a guest and treated very rude by the host. He is leaps and bounds ahead of this guy. I second the comment above that GK is the real estate version of Steve Jobs.
Gary is extremely defensive throughout this conversation. Would behoove me not to support him which I do. Unfortunately it is clear he does recognize how disruptive these new technology companies are and how they are changing the game. Brad, who I am not a fan of, is sitting in a position with Inman, where his business will only be strengthened by a tech controlled real estate industry. On a macro scale, tech will take over within the next 10 years. On a micro scale some of the brokerages will be able to hold market share in niche markets for longer, but eventually the middleman will be removed from the equation. Think of the stock market, remember stock brokers? Mines E-trade
