Last week I had a problem with keys not functioning right on my Yamaha PSR-S670 keyboard, so after watching your video I opened and cleaned my keyboard similar to how you did it. My dad also did some soldering on a damaged looking contact, but without videos like yours I wouldn't have the knowledge on how to open the keyboard and try to repair it myself. I have a PSR540 which has some dead black keys. Oddly tough its the SAME 2 black keys in the two upper octaves, which makes me think either a wiring or a board issue? F# and A# are dead on the top two octaves..

Hi, I have a Yamaha psr-e223 and after removing the rubber contacts and cleaning/undusted the card, the B2 flat note keeps "ghostly" triggering itself, I turn it off and on but after a while it triggers itself again, first randomly beating but then soon gets stuck pressed on,
disassemble everything again and double checked, but the note keeps triggering itself with not external/mechanical touch to the board. where is the problem? Can't find any help on line about this.

@@dreamstudioentertainments6444 Thanks!, as an update: the E note in the same octave started malfunctioning before ceasing to produce sound when played, BUT, when pressed down it could now stop the B flat note that was self triggered.

How do you get the key assembly out of the keyboard case. I have a PSR 8000.🤔🙏🏾

Unfortunately you have to take all the circuit boards out. Take lots of pictures!.

In my yamaha psr 550 all key are working. But some keys mismihave some times. If I play c major chord It will turn into cMM7. If I play f major it will become f minor .what's the solution
Hello you just clean the key board carbon track which is having below the keys and if you have hair dryer just blow the hot air to the complete circuit board hope it will work

Its very easy to solve the problem..if you are good in technical just open the key board and keys section clean the carbon tracks with clean cotten cloth if possible us smooth tooth brash and blow to the complete device from dust cleaner that's it

Sir in my Yamaha e463 keyboard some keys are not working.so i clean the dust from the keyboard still it is not working,so i remove the keys and press the rubber strip it working but after the keys are fixed ,again it is not working.i think some fault in key contact circuit.what shoud i do please give the solution

In my yamaha 463 some keys are not working continuously but when it work , give sounds very loudly. If we press same key again and again it s not working. What's the solution?
