In training security officers they are required to Secure a premises or persons and or designated platform to Secure the area and or items mentioned ... So in reality if property or persons are not protected then the purpose of the security programs and persons being employed to be the said security guard who is supposed to be licenced but cannot comprehend the height of real security operations, they should in the realities of security be labeled as useless...
