Man as an owner of a “Pitt bull” aka English staffordshire I am blown away by the immense detail (aside from the docked ears) that you are actually able to machine! I would not have expected this to be done on a 5-axis.
Titan you and your team keep showing everyone that the only real limits to these machine is in one’s head. Keep up the production and the artwork.
Also Barry’s head with the fro would be phenomenal!!

That is one nice looking "sculpture". With that kind of fidelity I'm sure there are people that would be willing to pay to have a custom one made based on a 3D scan of their own dog; especially if it also doubles as an urn.

dude c'mon seriously!? Amazingly beautiful masterpiece. To capture the animals expression along with the incredibly fine details is just absolutely stunning. This is why I call you guys a maestro or maestros. The videographer again is amazing as well. Maestro definition "a master of any art" amongst other meanings. The music selection was another masterpiece in itself. The music pulls you into the video where all of the outside noise was gone. Bravo to you guys. As always much love and gratitude...

I'm a precision mechanic and I work on CNC machines every day, but what you're doing is totally crazy and on a whole other level. I would give anything to be able to work with you for 2 weeks
Alot of the video's of late have been "alright" but this..... This is Titans of CNC! -- This is the content that drew me in originally. Ignited the spark in normal guy, a welder who had no idea what cnc machining was. Fast forward a few years - I am now the second shift cnc team lead at a completely different company.. modeling, programing, setups, operating...All of it.
And best of all, my very own brand new VF2 is on the way to my garage next month

That's so badass! This kind of stuff fascinates me being a CNC setup/operator myself. It's so awesome to see what these machines are capable of.
I love when you guys post these types of videos. What amazes me even more than seeing how beautiful these toolpaths are that you guys created, are the software engineers that allowed these modern CAM systems to create these insane toolpaths. That’s what makes me so passionate about this industry, are people that move modern manufacturing forward.

Fantastic cinematography. You guys did a wonderful job of showing that amazing surface finish in perfect detail.
Both the 3d designing skills and the machining are on a whole nother level.
Amazing project and I love these camera angles! I usually avoid ASMR but this is pure satisfaction.
This isn't asmr, there wouldn't be music over top of the sound, with the music level higher than the sound especially

Thank you guys....maybe some of you might be wondering why this guy insists on waiting for our videos every day and be the first to watch them....simply because it takes my imagination away...I imagine myself I can work like you, it's like a little kid watching Superman .... I am that little kid , but I always feel sad about my reality ... To become like you is very far from me .... I look at your work and grieve for myself ... You may not believe this but I have never seen in my life a 5-axis machine... and I can't even do that... that machines are forbidden in my country and I'm just a person who can only work on a three-axis machine and unprofessional way...

Just makes me think of how they managed to do marble sculptures centuries ago that makes the models look like they're behind a vale. It makes me think we've maybe lost some ancient technology.

I work on a CNC drill capable of drilling 241 holes at a time, mostly used for paper machine rolls. Some rolls have upwards of 2 million holes and take a week to drill

holy crap, how long did the programming take
It took me several weeks to program. Partly because I did it off and on as well as experimented with different finishes. notice the Scallops I left on the back of the neck. This gives it more of an artistic vibe than just finishing the whole thing.
talent level master insane
I've seen people who can do that by hand but it takes weeks to months with a 1/4" flex cable grinder they would spend all day on just one ear or the eye.
We all know their are better stuff to come these things will have improvement better tools cutters I can imagine next there will be laser depth indicated control to do super fine work with really small tools I can see this coming soon.
These guys continue to show that the impossible may just be possible! Holy smokes! Great job guys! I'd like to know which took longer.... the programming or the machining?!

When will you guys SLM 3D print your first animal to showcase your dedication and skillset? (Though I realize that it's much less exiting to watch lasers scribe pattern after pattern on a bed of fine metal powder than it is to see 5-axis machining.)

Dang. That looks awesome! I bet this work of art is going to an IMTS 2022 booth like the Chess Board you guys did for Kennametal's IMTS booth a few years back. Is this one for Kennametal too? Maybe Mitee-Bite with their 'Pitbull' clamps?
I know what I'd make, some curved 4mm plates, vambraces and greaves, might wanna try it with some aluminum 7075 too though, looks like I'll have to get some steel rolling pins and a hydraulic press, for some 4mm sheet cold rolling.
I'm gonna get some 4-5mm steel for some heavier and narrower truncated cylinder shields anyway, maybe with some poly plastic on the outside further than the steel on the handgrip side eventually.

In the follow-up video you guys should go to a large pit mine and put it on one of the D11 dozers as a hood ornament I think it's about the right size plus the pun pit bull ...pit Bull dozer eh eh
Nice detail and textures on this piece. With that level of precision, you could take it to the next level and engrave all the small skin texture features on the nose of the dog instead of the smooth nose shown here in the final scene.
