Doesn't make sense that it would matter where you play when the numbers a drawn completely at random not even the commission can know what the numbers will be
Has nothing to do with where you buy the ticket. It's a matter of timing, right set of numbers, and strategizing/techniques and eliminations.
But if you don't play, then you will never have a chance to see if you could have won something or not.
Stick with same sets of number until it win, if you keep changing the number then you decrease your chances of winning.
Come up with a technique/strategy before you spend any money on any ticket.

If you have the choice of buying a lottery ticket in PA or OH, Ohio lets winners remain anonymous. PA does not.
Let's put this into perspective period to win the lottery your number must first come up within your state. Then within your county. Then within your city. Then from the store that you purchased it from. Then after you have fulfilled all those requirements then you have about a one and 320 million chance of having all six of your numbers actually drawn. So good luck with that lol
